A lot of people worried about a fence. Bottom line is the people know someone is coming to get the shed they could have had it ready to go. I see a lot of these videos where the repo person has to clean out around them just to get them out.
then the repo lot sells the shed for less than what is owed so lose money but scam the insurance company for the full amount so make twice what they sell them for as new . so they end up getting full price plus payments plus they get to keep the shed.
@@user-zb6ke7gy7e Seems fair to me for having to deal with not getting paid for X amount of months and then having to deal with physically repo'ing the shed which costs a lot of time money and anguish dealing with unhappy people.
The thing is what do you think the fire department would do trying to get to the fire hydrant with that fence there. They will go to rip that fence out without even thinking about it.
That articulating trailer is sick! Great driving skills especially backing. Oh, and who put that fire hydrant there? Was hoping for a little more excitement…waterworks!! Just kidding. Amazing work on your part. 👍
I know, right?😂 the village where my dad lived in Michigan thought my dad lived in the village. NOPE!! We weren't in the village, but my dad thought it would bring his home down. NOPE! wrong again! He complained about where they put it right on top of the septic tank! 🤦♀️ You would think the dingbats working for the village would know exactly where the village lines are! Again...NOPE! This hydrant in this video was most likely placed there shortly after the house was placed there, and it's amazing how these guys are like surgeons with such Precision in short time❤
I come from a different place and time I guess but as a man I’m not gonna have to rely on my wife to call somebody and handle something. I’ve watched a bunch of your videos and it boggles my mind that these people are so clueless when it comes to reality. “They’re not working with us..”
A few things. That trailer is worth its weight in gold. I have watched that trailer video several times. I am impressed with it more and more. Also have you ever been accused of damaging or breaking property from the people who rented the sheds? Or has a person accused you stealing something? I am curious. Thanks again for the great video. Also you should do a video of how the mule goes in and out of the truck. I think that is so cool. Just a suggestion. Have a great one. Awesome job once again.
Good old Cow House Run Road. My husband and I love watching your videos and guessing where you are based on landmarks. I have watched about 6 of your videos and guessed 3 of your locations.
i agree... a tracked mule is what you need. after seeing a few dozen shed installs i think a tracked mule is a better way to go on every install or repo. that mud looks like the gorilla snot type. lol lots of clay and muck.
My third video and I just found out something new.. I thought you had a generator or welder on the back of your truck plus a crane, just to find out it’s like a little toe motor.. That little thing is awesome as hell.. Kinda like the ones Lowe’s and all the others have
Where there's a will, there's a way. Alot of thought went into designing those trailers, love the options you have to move the trailer around like you do.
WOW IT IS LOADED . and i do not see him coming out to take it allll out . !!!!.................and how right u were the mule is not gonnna get it out evan with dollies .
You were meant for this job. Your calm demeanor is totally required for difficult jobs and customers, if they become resistant. So far, that is a big plus, I think, for this type of job. You definitely know what you're doing. Is that smelly ahed still there, the one from Virginia or W. Virginia?? 😂😂
Very impressive.. I just cannot figure out the money is to be made/ repo/delivery of these sheds.. 90k Truck..80k for trailer and if you go with a Hi- track Mule your probably 95k then fuel and insurance..Am I missing something or is it a Break-even Job at best.. You do a great job for sure, hope RUclips is paying well.. Good Luck Sir..
Yeah I see where you're coming from. All of those large expenses are all business expenses so significantly reduces their tax burden. I dont see a lot of gain by repo'ing the shed either but im sure they do end up selling the used units for somehting and get to write off more losses at the same time.
They, the owners, had Leukemia. That is very hard, I had stage 4 Lymphoma, painful, exhausting. I had to work every day to keep my high Credit Rating. Feeling sorry for the people, they have kitties too. Sometimes we go through difficulties and do the best we can. That smaller she was difficult due to the mud and fence. The road was rather busy at times as well. Well, you have the shed and 20 pounds of mud.
What keeps the rear of the small shed from sliding off the dollies when the trailer is pulling up on the front? I don’t see you securing them with a tie down or chain. Really enjoy your videos! The logistics are fascinating!
@@biancagoodnight1750 , totally disagree. Wives always talk it over with the husband and husband's should always talk it over with the wife. Otherwise dont get married....if you dontvwant to share then stay single....
You must be somewhere in the southeast. We have three seasons. Hot as Satans left nut, pleasant season (split in two but only a few weeks long if we're lucky), and mud season. Currently in mud season.
People giving this man grief over the fence.. umm am I the only one who saw a dog run out in the road before the fence was taken down? Hahahaha clearly the owners don’t care either!

Fence isn't legal anyway. to close to road and blocking the fire hydrant.
No disrespect.....but I still would have put the fence back. Leave it like you found it.

A little bit of mud can turn an easy job into a hard one. Good job.
Sure can! Track mule would have made short work of it.
Hey Dustin it's Norma. I found you. My sister told me she seen my lot on you tube. Nice to see ya
Hey Norma!
Whatever you get paid is NOT enough for all the trash you have to deal with... always full of junk and all around them

Came from Josh and Saras page..love your videos.

Your trailer is awesome I love the way that that thing loads up. It's nice to be able to take steer the back like that it's awesome.
Yeah it is but just think how much it must cost for the whole outfit top to bottom.
@@marilynhemingway5219 just the trailer itself was probably about 80,000 not sure about the mule or the trunk.
I understand poor / broke , been there. Junk and trash everywhere, that's just laziness

That is the coolest trailer I've ever seen !!! You need to carry a pressure washer for those jobs, just for the mud !!!!

That trailer is amazing..
To me living in the UK this is highly unusual situation. Never hear of shed rentals.

That was a tough one job well done though you got the shed. That’s what counts.

I am surprised they let them put that fence up that close to the road and the fire hydrant behind it.
Coming over from Josh and Sarahs channel. Wish you well
that is one awsome trailer
Wonder how the fire dept feels about their hydrant being blocked?
Great job, keep making videos 😊
Hi from Michigan USA ❤
I bet sometimes a simple 8000lb winch would be very handy.
You’re not wrong. I know a few guys that added them. I need to slap one on
If you got one of the badlands 12k's, you could put it on a hitch mount and use it on both the truck and trailer

How come the Hill Billys get all the scenic properties?
Put the repo shed sales link in your vid. Blessings brother
Never seen hydrant on private property fenced in like that, but guess it's in the sticks.
Who fences in a fire hydrant. I am surprised that the town allowed it to be enclosed behind the fence.
This looks like one of those side roads in trade Tennessee.
This is WV
Crazy world we live in these days, a shed is something that there's a special trailer made just for repossessions fjb
People are unreal ... they are just gonna have to deal with it... no lady you're gonna deal with it...maybe next time make your payment..
Carry a couple of bags of lime to use for traction
Where do you even buy these???

How in the world did they get buy with putting a fence in front of fire Hydrant ?
Mobile home company two mules to move their building, but great video

That's a lot of repos. It might be an indication of the market
Is that a Royce CB you have in your vehicle?
Throwing out the medical card doesn't get you a free garage.
I love that trailer never saw to like of it before Was it custom made for you or is it just what the shed people use?
There’s companies that build custom shed trailers.
Yep, Josh recommended you.
Maybe a winch on that mule would be helpfuld

How far will you go to clean out a bldg. I mean will you leave the junk stuff in the bldg
What do they do with all that trash left inside the repos ?

How do the shed people make any money after all the repossessions

How many do you repossess in a month
