I failed 3 times but I didn't give much effort into studying. I purchase Prep agent and now studying my butt off..these real estate questions are very tricky smh. It's good to get index cards and write vocabulary and questions down to help with remembering
@@paulbrunsing8261 passed the national! For me- the math questions were a bit confusing but this prep agent helped. I also had a hard time with contacts the first time around and these videos helped
I just took the real estate exam and there was a question that asked if an implied agency is unintentional, accidental, or intentional. But the more I listen to informational videos I see that it can be unintentional but also intentional. I’ve searched for the answer everywhere because if I remember correctly I could only choose one answer on the exam. Which one is it?
What if an agent offers the property for sale without consent or knowledge of the principal , negotiated with a buyer and then buys the property before closing with the buyer? Are there fiduciary duties?
