Some great shooting Ant! Nothing wrong with your home loads!!! I'd use nothing less than a 20 bore on pigeon, but I'm getting on a bit and I need all the pattern I can get!!! TTFN.
Cheers John, I'm really happy with the home loads, I have used the 28g for a good few years now and it is a lovely gun to use, just a bit expensive buying cartridges for pigeons hence the reloading 👍
Some good shooting with the 28 bore. What was the load and size of shot in your home loads and what chokes did you use please ? I also like to use a 28 bore when the pigeons are decoying well.
Thank you, the home loads did work very well I am very happy with them, I did even better with them when I was out this week, which will be on the next vid 👍
hi i all so home load where do you get your components from ive found folkstone engineering supplys to be cheaper than my local one clay &game shotsheel reloders but you need to purchace a lot cause of the postage they charge for powder ect
Hi, I have only just got into the reloading and I have only used clay and game, I bought enough for a couple of thousand cartridges in one go and found their prices reasonably and service excellent 👍
Hello
the caliber 28 looks easier than the 410. Very beautiful day with magnificent shooting. Very nice job. Have a good day
Thank you, there is not much difference between the two gauges, I just need to get the 410 made to fit me like my other guns 👍
Great Video Anthony, some great shots. The 28 bore looks a good bit of kit, wouldn't mind one of those myself
Cheers mate, the 28g is a great bit of kit, it will kill as far as a 12, you just need to get be more accurate, go get one 👍
