  • Health Minister Joe Phaahla is expected to visit Limpopo this morning to monitor the progress made to identify and repatriate the victims of last week's bus crash. 45 people from Botswana were on their way to an Easter service in the province. So far six of the victims have been identified by family members. Phaahla will also visit the 8-year-old sole survivor of the crash, Lauryn Siako. Botswana's High Commissioner to South Africa Dr Sanji Monageng says the little girl is with her mother and is doing well.

May their souls rest in peace. What a painful thing to witness at that age. I really wish she can have a good life ahead and be able to cope with life going forward. This is very painful.
