Hi, I found your video because I was looking into alternatives for a ceiling-mounted pole. Our house has drop ceilings because the actual ceilings are in bad condition and even if we move the panels out of the way I don't think it could hold a regular pole :( Good info here though, thanks!
Did you ever invest in the x-pole? I purchased an x-pole and the shipping was $400!! And I had to order the low ceiling pole. I put my pole away for visitors and never brought it back out. Overall I love my x-pole stage because I never have to worry about fixing the pole in place
Awesome video! Thanks so much, I am 5'10 and was thinking of getting a stage pool so I can have the flexibility of moving it outside in my yard. But the con about the floor work makes me now think of getting both, a removable and the stage pole. 💕😎
Yes, you just need to buy the mount for vaulted ceiling. Carpet is not an issue. The only thing is you need to make sure that you’ve tightened in enough to accommodate for the carpet compressing down. I have a video on how to test if your pole is too tight or too loose if you’re interested.
Hello, I really liked your video. If I want to place a pole and screw it to both the floor and the ceiling, it can be done with any X-pole pole? I've never had a pole, this is my first time. I want the silicone one from xpole but all the ones I saw are pressure-sensitive. Do you know if I can buy one of those and fix it by buying a stand? and the support only goes up? Thank you so much ❤😅
Hi there with xpole you do not need any screws unless you choose to use the mount otherwise it’s just pressure mounted using the dome that comes with it. Before you buy a pole, you might want to watch my videos on which finish to choose, and what diameter. You can see them an over 50 free tips videos here www.studioveena.com/categories/veenas-tips/
Awesome comparison! Short but very informative 🥰

Glad it was helpful!
Great tips! Thank you! W
Useful!
What fasteners should I buy so as not to drill into the floor and ceiling? the catwalk is not suitable for me because I dance on the floor a lot??❤❤
Do don’t have to buy anything extra to secure a pole if you purchase a quality pole like xpole or lupit. They come with everything you need.
I have a vaulted slanted ceiling just like the one in this video. What pole and ceiling mount are you using in this video?
Xpole
Hi! You said you had your pole powder coated? I didn't know you could do that. Who did it for you or did you do it yourself?
Thx!
You can't do it yourself. You have to find a powder coating shop. I used a place that does motorcycles.
@@StudioVeena Oh thank you! I'll keep my eye out for that!
So I have popcorn slanted ceilings and carpet will the second pole work?

Oh and no, you can’t attach the stage pole to the ceiling.
Where did you get your removable pole?
It’s an xpole
