Respect for sharia law increase in eyes
High time all affected males should fourm and organise a hunger protest in front of parliament for the change in gender bias laws. Very disheartening.
Such ladies making false claims should be tried under criminal laws for blackmailing.
A wife shouldn't be entitled to any maintenance whatever. Law must be changed by the Legislators.
Her Lordship has to be appreciated.
Amazing. How could this guy build such an unbelievable case? Are these expenses on Court record or is he just manufacturing a false case? She's earning well. No end to her greed. Hats off to this Judge. 👍

once marital rape is passed as valid in supreme court more misuse of law will happen. husband will land in jail on complaint of wife not giving to his conjugal rights under marriage. Hindu marriage is becoming hell for males slowly and surely for younger generation.
It is amazing the a women who is suffering from so so many on record listed diseases is buying shoes and clothes worth Rs. 60000 a month.
Either she is lying about being sick or she is a hoarder non of which allows her for maintenance under DV act or 125 maintenance.
But the court will grant her good money maybe not as much as asked by the lawyer but a good amount

now we can understand how this case went for divorce, how dare she asks for her lifestyle, her clothes, her makeup things, her diseases with husband. Did the husband gave her the disease for which she is asking remunerations here. After the divorce or during the proceeding of the case its not the duty of the ex husband to provide her all these thing. if she want she should earn and spend on herself but here the court knows its a prejudice but still she has guts to ask for these things. Jai Ho bharatiye kanoon the women has guts to step on it and dares to demand such.
@@Shivam782 as absurd as it seems the court will rule in the wife's favour. She will get the 💰💵 it's only matter of how much that's all.
Why not wife earn, self effort
Sharia Law do no have any provision for maintenance.
But we don't need that, law which bans all religions other than Islam. Sharia is oppressive, medieval and not upto modern standards.
Probably, if messages propagate through such incidents and trial exercises, that a social marriage is to keep a pager like hizbullah in Lebanon.... Prove crucial and fatal. So, in response all marriages will exceptionally depreciate with panic output and relationship with other illicit will groom faster, and the administration including honourable jurisdiction will come under pressure...
