Between posting classes I simply love to follow, from time to time you post what I call a “lesson of humility” (at least for me). They simply remind me how much patience and work is still needed to progress towards your abilities. And I really appreciate it! :)
Thank you 🙏🏻. I really appreciate all the tutorials for these “challenging “ poses (well at least for me ;). I am getting frustrated with this one as I keep dumping in my shoulders and end up with my nose or forehead as my break. Lol. Any tips for dumping shoulders ?🙏🏻
Use your back muscles more to lift, at the same time shift back a little so you're parallel to the ground. It seems we didn't explain this enough in the video.
Breathe and Flow oh no, you did an excellent job explaining and demonstrating in the video. You make it seem so effortless. Lol. I just feel there is so much going on at once: trying to prevent my forward floating leg from slipping off my very short upper arm while simultaneous trying to lift my unusually long, heavy and floppy back leg. (I have a shorter upper body in comparison to my lower body, so I really need to lean forward.) I have come to quickly realize that my proportions are not as optimal as yours 😊💕. Thank you very much for your wonderful tutorials. Namaste 🙏🏻
Sir, Is a body like yours achievable with only yoga one time a day ? Or is it combined with some other training regimes ? And if it's achievable with yoga only, what should be the flow sequence to follow ?
Hi guys,I'm new here..I'd like to request a beginners routine to increase upper body strength..I'm really weak there..if I increase upper body strength may be then I can do these poses.I really aspire to do them 🙏🙏🙏
*Let's take a look at this arm balance, which is common in a yoga class but no one can pronounce!*

Can’t see that far right arm. Is your right hip connected to tricep or is arm outside hip???
Her right arm is bent at 90 degrees and is tucked up next to ribcage. Her right hip is floating. Her arm and hip are not connected.
