Well my old battery pack kinda just hung from the cable ready to fall at any second lol. This one ill just girth hitch and its not moving. Plus I love handwarmers but hate full finger gloves. I was eyeballing their products last year, but never took a chance with it. I find my self not needing warmers mid day. Then end of the day they are dead. This one ill just shut it off.
That is a neat product. I like that it can be used for more then a hand warmer. It rarely gets cold down here so by the time I use the old style hot hands they normally go bad over time so this is cool 👍
I like that you could shut it off when you go to lunch or mid day when not really needed. Last hour or so turn it back on again. Plus if your phone or camera dies and your in a pinch works there too.
What's the point of buying cores that cost the same as a 10,000mah hand warmer? Here, you can buy 1 complete hand warmer and 3 extra batteries. Or, you could buy 4 hand warmers, and either use them 1 after another like the 5s, or 4 people can be warmed up at once. With the 5s, only one can be used at a time since you only have one sleeve and one core. You might say just buy more sleeves, but the sleeve itself is like 25 dollars without a battery core. So again, I don't see the advantage. Seems like more bulk and more cost, but not more utility. Is there an advantage other than how this feels like reloading a mag? Does the sleeve allow it to heat much faster, or ... something?!?
I think in a multiple core hunt your most likely elk hunting for days. Thats when I would carry multiple cores/battery banks. No power for a week sucks.
Cool little device ya got there
For whatever reason having to restock on hot hands drives me nuts. Im gonna try these this year.
That's neat. I really like the battery packs for charging the go pro!
