I like the way the kitchen runs so smooth, with no shouting. And most importantly a clean kitchen...can see you take pride in your craft Chef.
Yes verii coolll relaxxx cleann nice
Trust me they aren’t open, or they are very quiet. No way you’d have time to do this if it was “busy”.
@@Celtsryan yours stupid
@@Celtsryan Start of the video seemed like they were prepping and starting early orders, was chilled enough to have a chat. He cut the video before it got really busy, usually could tell by the ventilators being turned on fully and kitchen starting to get vocal + with them fasting guaranteed to have fireworks.
Its because of the camera lol
Its nice to see chef is using words like please & thanks to fellow colleagues ❤️
Hi bro how are you?
Anybody wanting to learn how to make authentic currys watch this guy ,I've made 5 or6 of his currys now and my family loves them before watching his channel i hadn't a clue he's cooking skills really good thanks
Fantastic job 👍 all you recipes & tips/secrets are very much appreciated 👏👏
They are curries not currys
I've made his tandoori chicken and lentil dahl many times now. I'm sure I'll be making it again soon.
If you want to taste real curry/chicken Tikka masala come to India. As an Indian to me the curry and tandoori chicken looks awful and bad. What we eat here actually is so much different from what he showed and so much tastier. Also who put sugar in chicken Tikka masala 🤣 we love spicy food here
@@17Bitts its probably been nerfed slightly to appeal to an English audience, but they probably do a spicey dish if thats what your after. I thought it was an amazing insight into the kitchen which looked tidy and multitasking was impressive. The mango chicken looked really good
Lovely to see an African muslim brother in the Bangladeshi kitchen.
Looks like you taught him well latif bhai 💙🙏
Who says he is a muslim ?
@@gerarteuben3333 the name ala uddin
@@gerarteuben3333 most likely he is due to his name.
How good is this guy, calm, good to staff, clean. Amazing looking meals. Well done chef
Back in the 80's, when I was a teenager I worked in an Indian restaurant and this bought back all the memories thx for sharing 🙂
Fascinating to watch , and to realize this is happening on a daily basis up and down the country , good to see such a well oiled ( Ghee'd ) machine in action . Thought a nice touch was front of house staff coming to the back to help out , much praise to you and all your staff . One of these days when money no object will pay Stoke on Trent a visit , until then stay safe and well .
Living in Australia, I doubt even your delivery service would cope with getting hot food to me, but I have learned a great deal over a few years (I think) of watching your videos, and my own curries, have, I like to think improved a lot, especially the use of base gravy.
Thanks and I always look forward to seeing anew video pop up.
Wish I had a guy like AlaUddin in my kitchen. Well done lad, keep up the good work.
Love your videos. Little tip for you. With your foil Naan bags if you get a hole puncher and punch holes on either side of the bag it stops your Naan bread from becoming soggy from all the condensation that builds up inside
What a beautifully calm and ordered kitchen. Everyone knows exactly what they're doing.
You should definitely do more of these. You don't always need exact measurements for recipes but just ingredients and your own take on the amounts.
love this chef.
Ramadan Kareem
Very impressive prep work you have in place to stream line everything. People don't realize the hard work behind the scenes for a nice dinner. You have a great working team as well.
This was a great insight in the kitchen. It's amazing how all the hard work has been done upfront in the prep work and everything just flows and is so natural in the kitchen
Fascinating! Great team. Everyone attentive to each other and incredibly efficient.
Wow...Indian restaurants revolutionised British high street food. The greatest food in the world.
And here I am thinking they make a massive batch of each curry sauce and just heat up with the meat to order… very nice and fresh, come to Birmingham and show them how to cook a curry please!
The Chef is so encouraging, prepared, artistic, and generous with process and praise! Wish more places were run like this. Definitely deserves tons of success.
Thankyou Chef for an insight into a typical evening for you, your food looks amazing and everything is made with passion. I'd love to work in that kitchen. Take care.
Like how you use the base sauce and the precooked chicken. Actually we have used your base gravy recipe, your chicken recipe along with your tomato puree and your ginger garlic paste. When we cook at our mission Indian cuisine for the homeless once a month. Also your mint sauce and other condiments. And we usually make enough to serve between 100 to about 150 people on that day for lunch. And those videos were fantastic along with this one so thank you from your friends across the pond.
I love how everybody can adapt to all the cooking tasks in the kitchen
The first thing I look for in a kitchen is not the food but how clean is it even during service. Awesome video! Truly a master at your craft!
The way this guy cooks is just amazing! Pure skill
It’s great to see the master back at work 👊🏽
This just shows how intense it gets behind the doors so fair play
So entertaining to just watch you bang out all the dishes and how organised the kitchen is. A really good watch and definitely shows how much goes into a normal takeaway.
Love this format. Could watch these all day!!
Awesome video. I'm still learning how to make Indian food. Getting to watch you do it many times in a row was awesome. I will be watching a few more times and taking notes. Thanks for sharing.
I instantly knew this Chef and his team are masters in Asian cooking. Authentic, genuine Asian cooking.
Oh, to live in Stoke-on-Trent !
Masha’Allah been subscribed to your channel for ages but first time I’ve left a comment
Brings me back memories of when I used to work in the Indian trade
Love the way the kitchen is run so smoothly , back in the days shouting and screaming sometimes Even frying pan flying about 🤣🤣🤣
Going back about 20 years
The way you cook those curries is top class. A true master at work!
Loved the inside look here, thankyou for giving us a peak into your kitchen!
Love the flow of the kitchen. No nonsense..shall visit after Ramadan ❤️
Watching you all at work is very impressive, like a well oiled machine, you don’t get in each other’s way and seem to all know what to do to help each other, Amazing!
Could watch this all-day. Great to see behind the scenes.
Crazy how calm it is and no mess as you cook on the line
Very cool to watch. A chef who clearly takes pride in his work
Love these type of videos. So authentic and raw.
Nice and tidy kitchen, that is something to be proud of. Great to see. Food looks amazing and fresh.
I'm from Manchester but have been wanting to come down to your restaurant for a long time, i've been watching your videos since the very first lockdown! It's on my bucket list for 2022
thanks for the wonderful insight of a working kitchen, calmness personified everyone knows what to do and when.once again thank you for your content
Incredible. It's like a production line. Clean, efficient and calm. If I am ever up your way will definatley drop in.
Awesome to watch this, thanks. Kitchen looks pristine!
Hi Chef! I used to eat here 20 years ago or so and they were the best curries I ever tasted. It's the first time I ever tasted curry with grated cheese of top.
I have been using and following your recipes for a while, are here's the weird thing...I only just realised that I used to visit your restaurant! My partner pointed out to me that you were in Alsager and I was "No WAY" - and I knew, immediately, it was my favourite restaurant from all those years ago when I lived in Alsager.
I may come and visit again. But I am now miles away, so it would be a very special trip.
Thank you for making these wonderful videos. God bless you and your family 🙏🏻
Indian food is so amazing... thank you for bringing it to the people!
Love the way your kitchen team work on keeping things clean and tidy , Food looked exceptional like alway
Professionalism at its best great to watch 👍

Wow. I get so hungry when I watch your wonderfull videos. I love BIR. Thanks for showing us!
Nice clean looking kitchen. Well organised and clearly skilled staff…..I’d eat there any day 👍
Came across one of this guys videos a few days ago and became fascinated with with recipes and cooking techniques. Have tried a few of his recipes and loved the results. I am now an avid follower of Latif's. Looking forward to viewing more of his video's in the coming months.
Agree with previous comment, very smooth and clean. and not forgetting the pot washer!! these lower end kitchen workers never seem to get credit but in my kitchen they are equal to anyone who works within the walls!! big respect to you and all the best!!
Wonderful video. Kitchen appears clean and very well organised. All kitchen staff appear well trained. Impressed that there are no raised voices. The curries look delicious.
Latif, absolutely great video... and thx for sharing your expertise. A real joy to watch.
order from you guys often... food is absolutely fire! great to see how the kitchen is as impeccable as it tastes! may allah bless you all
As soon as I saw this in my feed, jumped in and smashed that like button.
As someone who has been a chef for 22 years this is very interesting to see.. I love BIR food and it's great to see in to your world. Some really good info as to what makes BIR food, BIR food.
Great to see behind the scenes, immaculate kitchen
MashaAllah Amazing video great cooking skill and very clean service

mate i love the way your kitchen runs ,amazing to watch
Absolutely loves this video fantastic kitchen the chap in the background cleaning up as he goes keep the updates coming loved it pal 👍
Chef Latif, I take my hat off to you, I cook a lot of Indian food and definitely inspired by your videos . Great to see behind the scenes of your restaurant , would be great to see a fly on the wall view video when you are at full speed with a restaurant full of hungry guests you must be like a well oiled Swiss watch. I know the pressure , I get asked to put on an Indian street food stall for a group I am member of , we meet at a location on the side of the road in the country and I cook there and then for them, I know how much pressure that creates just for a group of 10 to 12 people. Well done Chef look forward to more of your work. 🙏 namaste.
that was awesome. efficient with no compromise in quality and flavor.
Best video you have done! Thoroughly enjoyed!
Excellent video , nice and clean , and food looks delicious,
Makes me miss working in an indian takeaway it's such a vibe 😭 been doing it since 9 years old till about 23
nostalgia
Thank you for your service
Been there, highly recommend. I'd go there more often if I didn't live 600 km away 😜👍👍
600km is still closer than I. I would travel that every 6 months if I had the chance
Where is it located??
Amazing. Loved this. Thank you
I love traditional Bangladeshi food, they use so much vegetables and its healthier than just the curry you see in restaurants.
Its great to see young people working at tge restaurant.
Welcome back to the grind. Thanks for sharing.
One of the best Indian restaurant kitchen setups I’ve seen. Nice brother!

Really enjoyed this style of video. You will have to do this again on a service that isn’t so busy. I could watch you cooking for hours.
