If you want to taste real curry/chicken Tikka masala come to India. As an Indian to me the curry and tandoori chicken looks awful and bad. What we eat here actually is so much different from what he showed and so much tastier. Also who put sugar in chicken Tikka masala 🤣 we love spicy food here

Thought a nice touch was front of house staff coming to the back to help out , much praise to you and all your staff . One of these days when money no object will pay Stoke on Trent a visit , until then stay safe and well .

Like how you use the base sauce and the precooked chicken. Actually we have used your base gravy recipe, your chicken recipe along with your tomato puree and your ginger garlic paste. When we cook at our mission Indian cuisine for the homeless once a month. Also your mint sauce and other condiments. And we usually make enough to serve between 100 to about 150 people on that day for lunch. And those videos were fantastic along with this one so thank you from your friends across the pond.

Hi Chef! I used to eat here 20 years ago or so and they were the best curries I ever tasted. It's the first time I ever tasted curry with grated cheese of top.
I have been using and following your recipes for a while, are here's the weird thing...I only just realised that I used to visit your restaurant! My partner pointed out to me that you were in Alsager and I was "No WAY" - and I knew, immediately, it was my favourite restaurant from all those years ago when I lived in Alsager.
I may come and visit again. But I am now miles away, so it would be a very special trip.

Great to see behind the scenes of your restaurant , would be great to see a fly on the wall view video when you are at full speed with a restaurant full of hungry guests you must be like a well oiled Swiss watch. I know the pressure , I get asked to put on an Indian street food stall for a group I am member of , we meet at a location on the side of the road in the country and I cook there and then for them, I know how much pressure that creates just for a group of 10 to 12 people.
