those balcony louvers are awesome!!!... such a good idea... the ONE THING that is always missing in condo developments is the CLOTHESLINE area... people (like us) just dry their clothes inside the bedroom, in the living room or in the balcony which is not the most visually appealing thing to do... those louvers will hide your clothes from sight while still letting in air and sunlight... REALLY REALLY GOOD IDEA...

unit is nice and very well thought of floor plan. but why is flooring of the pool tiled like that? it makes the pool ugly and ruins the overall look. tiles could have lined the side then unfinished cement flooring then painted. just how they do it in the states.
