Crazy price for a basic standard 1br condo. Its almost the same price for similar in BGC.

I have seen thailand condos, I dont know what looks so modern about them, but maybe they do look modern, but I guess that is just to make up for how outdated and ashy their buildings look

Good point and it's definitely closer to the airport than say BGC and that's why they don't build high rise out there 👍
By the time the plane is overhead, it’s far too high to even be noticeable.

@@mleong1977 not necessarily. I’ve been there several times and made observations of aviation traffic while viewing units and simply driving around. I’m an aviation fanatic and all kinds of planes amaze me. You should try doing that sometime.

You can see the planes flying overhead but they're pretty far away so the noise isn't too noticeable.
