When I watch these American lectures about food, I’m reminded of how lucky I am to live in Europe. It’s not perfect, but most of our cows still graze outside, our hens are salmonella free. My county is full of pigs lazing in the sun and I mean, field after field. We have very high standards of animal welfare, even though I rarely eat meat. (Yes, I know PETA would disagree!) They are rare in so many ways, including being often better. The Chinese immediately greatly reduced all my meds and with work and caring, they figured out how to reduce and of course diet and all that. Big Pharma does not give the huge amount of kickbacks over there but they do sometimes give lots of kickbacks in the U.S. to many docs in America. Yes China has problems as does any nation. @@aussiekiss4673 The reason you can’t handle the water there is because your system is too “clean”. The locals don’t get sick from it, but the tourists do. I lived in Thailand for 2 years. The locals could eat stuff I couldn’t because we’re too sanitary in the west. My microbiome couldn’t handle what theirs could. An example of that would be the raw crabs they put in the papaya salads. The tourists can end up in the hospital if they eat it, the locals thrive on it.
The main thing you notice when you get to Thailand from a western country is that Thailand is “dirty”. There’s dirt and grime everywhere. Westerners cringe over a lot of their unsanitary conditions there, but that’s the very thing that keeps them stronger and healthier than us and keeps them out of the hospital. I accidentally drank the water in Cambodia on a visa run and was hospitalized for a week. I almost died from something that’s harmless to them. 😔

A surgeon talking about the importance of nutrition and probiotics. I thought I would not live long enough to see it. There is hope. Nutrition wasn't even taught in medical school back in the day. I don't even know how much is taught now. But, I know young people are easier to reach then those who are already well established in their careers. Not impossible, but difficult to reach that group. I think he is correct in reaching other groups instead of trying to convince his colleagues.
Tell them that Cipro isn't a regular antibiotic. It was made as a chemotherapeutic agent, but didn't work well. So, it was noticed that it kills bacteria, so they made it into an antibiotic. It enters every cell in your body and can attack your mitochondria, which is a type of good bacteria, and is responsible for your energy production. They are giving Cipro out left and right for UTIs. I think Cipro is great if there is an anthrax attack. It can save your life. But why give a hydrogen bomb when a cherry bomb will do? I had such a bad reaction to Cipro, I placed it on my allergy list. It wasn't an allergic reaction, but was an systemic reaction of some type.
We got off to a good start with the progression of medicine in the US. Two doctors were curing cancer with nutrition, but then Dr. Fishbein, President of the AMA came in and put a stop to that. A law was actually made that cancer can only be treated with chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. Rockefeller was the Bill Gates of yesteryear and who Bill Gates has openly admitted that he fashioned his foundation after. Rockefeller was a nonmedical billionaire just like Gates, Rockefeller who had so much money he bought off his biggest critics through funding grants, giving donations and the like, and with his big money, and he literally determined the medical school curriculum making certain that it didn't include nutrition. And, I think that much of the misery we have experienced over the years began this nonmedical billionaire, Mr. Rockefeller. If not for him, MDs and medical professionals would have had more power to influence the pharmaceutical industry and certainly the medical school curriculum. Do not let this catastrophe happen again with Gates, a non medical billionaire, using his big money, the late Rockefeller and his Foundation as his mentor, to experiment on humans with viruses in a manner that is harmful instead of helpful. Preventing disease with just what this MD is talking about is key. Rushed to market substances containing the ability to change your cells in a manner not well studied can lead to catastrophe. Also, giving viruses a gain of function to force them to infect humans when in nature they would not, in order to study pandemics, and make big money on vaxs as was done with this particular virus, should also not be allowed.

I now have itchy head and neck. My abdominals are sore to the touch and at least 1 a week I get swelling in GI tract and bad pains.I had symptoms of kidney disease and stress but nephrologist said kidneys are 100% GFR.My CRP is 50.5 and she is thinking of an MRI after these labs come back

It’s expensive but in my case they found several issues! I broke out w skin issues which one doc said was psoriasis and another one said it could be candida which i was found to have. Still, it may have manifested into psoriasis. I developed red patches all over my arms and other places and my scalp burned and itched at times and then had horrible dandruff. I’ve now been on a strict diet -gluten free - no sugar - no processed food for 1 month and a GI protocol of supplements for two weeks and my scalp is returning to normal and I have more energy! • @Chimonger1
      @Chimonger1 3 года назад +3

Exactly. But, up to a point.
I’ve often thought, “those who fail to share their cooties, are doomed to be sicker from them”...or something like that. For a number of reasons, including that law of physics that states the universe hates a vacuum or such....it is crucial to have brief, light, daily exposures to a broad variety of germs, to keep the so-called pump, primed...that means, our body’s biotas in all compartments.
These days, it’s also key to do everything one can to remove tens of thousands of chemicals from your environments, & eat a clean, organic diet of mostly fresh produce.
The old “germ theory” was flawed when it was published...yet many big industries stake everything on that as gospel. The entire healthcare industry believes it & perpetrates false healthcare, because of it.
Pharma/chem is responsible for most problems. The same were complicit in bribing & coercing legislators to public-playing field health care, letting Docs, then pharma chem advert direct to public. THAT was when the PDR & Code books started vastly increasing in size, as Pharma set-to re-naming symptoms as stand-alone diseases. They reprised that role, by getting more laws passed, in the late 1990’s, protecting pharma/chem & others, from lawsuits from vaccines, etc. other drugs, other treatments, etc....kinda like the industry’s get-outta-jail-free card. And that’s not all.

Much of what I know, was a matter of being in the right place at the right time to witness things happening. Part of it was being an activist to help make things better...again, being in right place at right time to hear/see things most do not get to.
      And reading.
Look at the "approved" reading lists for high school students...then look deeper--what books got banned? Why? Then go find those books in the library [BTW, libraries are under fire as being a waste of resources, because so many now believe the internet is infallible and always there....believe me, it is not. IT's not secure, it's not always available, and it has been being censored.
Look for books that have been banned, and ask questions. Read them and have discussions with others about them, to find what you all agree about them or not. And what might those books mean, today.
Books like Fahrenheit 451; 1984; Logan's Run; Animal Farm; Soylent Green; SO many, and those are only starters, because many more have been written since those. Those were published as "fiction", but those have all been more like handbooks for the coming Totalitarian Technocracy to take over everything. The Fiction genre very often contains warnings of things to come...those all did. and more.
Look at books that tell real history from BOTH sides of who won...notice how Eurocentric most of it is? Notice how history books allow in schools only contain what those in power deem correct [and those routinely omit Asia, Aboriginals in Australia, and more], etc.
Look for documents in the Congressional Library.
Study politics and history to see where we com from. Try to read OTHER country's versions of the same history--that will be an eye-opener!
Sane rational historians, like Heather Cox Richardson, who's writings posted on Facebook help public understand what's been happening historically, in clear, easy to understand ways.
There's SO much information out there, but it won't come to you--individuals must seek it out, and must work to find the balanced perspectives.
Studying psychology of what makes people's behaviors as they are is helpful too, because now, more than ever, politics has been predatorily using psych mind tricks to manipulate world populations on a sweeping scale.

As soon as you use toothpaste, you destroy the good bacterias in your mouth. And your diet sucks, so you get lesser nutrients, so your teeth get attacked. Together with the toothpaste every day, you create bad conditions like 'plaque' and receiding gums. The brush is to hard and damages the gums and teeth.
The food we eat mostly is putting a bad film in your teeth.
You should only use a soft brush and brush correct, without this toothpastes with abrasive toxins and fluor and other adds.
The correct foods also prevent tooth plaque film and give nutrients to the teeth and gums, roots.
Rootcanals surgery/cleaning also create big problems and infections, who spread itself to other tissues and roots...
      Everything is so complicated.
      P.S.
There are cultures with a healthy diet and they do not brush their teeth. They have strong, healthy good teeth.

I have strong suspicion that this pandemic of inflammatory conditions was kick-started by the age of vaccinations. Yes, it's exacerbated by bad foods & unhealthy lifestyles, but the nefarious cellular programming turbo-boosted the bodily over responses of chronic inflammation. My sister is much younger than I am, and she endured the first wave of the endless rounds of innoculations in small children. I remember how dreadfully sick it made her, can recall her sobbing in her cot and still see her little swollen body. She went on to have a life of illness: constant migraines, cysts on the ovaries AND brain, rheumatoid arthritis, debilitating depression, etc. I had really bad asthma & allergies as a child, for which they had virtually no medication those days & I contracted every childhood disease imaginable. I just had to toughen up & endure. But I out-grew it, turning the tables between ages 12 & 16, and went on to live a life of stellar health & type A productivity against all medical predictions. I'm lucky, I dodged the vax bullets by a few years, and my body was mostly allowed to develop a natural resistance. I think my sister & I are walking vax trial results: she got the shots, I escaped with natural placebos. I got to live a healthy life, while she is crippled & tortured with inflammatorory illnesses of all kinds. I won't be taking the so-called Covid vaccine, I'll just ride out the threats & pressure. I'm literally begging my sister to do the same.

Natural placebo? I agree with you tho about the vax n all these inflammatory dis-eases and they call most of em auto immune dis-ease so my thought is that where the toxins from the vax are n your body is constantly trying to get it out. Women seem to express it in the gut and men express it in the brain

However they also can keep you alive. At one time a large percentage died of pneumonia. Antibiotics shouldn't be given lightly because recovery from them takes far longer than most people realize. However even with the damages they're not dead. And recovery can eventually happen.

I've watched this a few times now and find it just fascinating. I've been interested in bacteria since the late 90's when I was in nursing school and then having my children. I tried to avoid antibiotics as much as possible. I find it especially interesting how quickly the microbiome changes with travel. It could be why I feel healthier in Mexico than I do in Canada where I'm surrounded by farmers spraying round up. What I'm wondering is, after a course of full spectrum antibiotics is it helpful to water fast and then recolonize your gut with healthy bacteria, fermented foods etc. Breaking a fast with sauerkraut for instance.
