Honestly, Scourge would make for a better Dracula. Not only he already has a cape and overall vampiric appearance, but he turns into a boat like thing. And this boat like thing, with couple tweaks could be the very boat Dracula came to England in the novel.
Now Skullcruncher as The Creature from the Black Lagoon, Weirdwolf as The Wolfman, Apeface as Kong, Snapdragon as Godzilla, and Fortress Maximus as Frankenstein's Monster!
Very clear that Thew was having an absolute ball with this one. He pulled no PUNches and packed in so many references that I probably missed a solid third of them.
when this got leaked I was really hoping it would be a bat-themed retool of Kingdom Airazor, which seemed at least a little likely since most of the crossovers up 'til that point had been heavy retools or original molds. Doing a pretty minor Mindwipe retool is fine but I think of Dracula as more of a svelte, elegant type than a big bruiser block-boy.
What about a Frankenstein as a bunch of different modulator limbs mashed together? Like air wave left arm, cog left leg, ETC all retooled to fit a chest piece

If he's not sucking your blood, he wants to feel it pouring over his hands after he impales you. ☠ And on that cheery note, I HIGHLY recommend getting the upgrade kit which includes not only a bigger, poseable cape, but a double-ended spear that triples as two sickles, or two swords. It's awesome!
I have Draculus and I love it! I especilly love how he switches color from black and white in robot mode to a bloody red in beast mode. I cannot wait for future releases of this line (hoping we don't have to wait the next halloween for another one. My personal wishlist is: Waspinator as the Fly (easy peasy) Weirdwolf OR Steeljaw as the Wolfman (especially Steeljaw since he hides his wolfish traits under a disguise of technology) Gulf/Coelacon OR Skullcruncher as the Creature from the Black Lagoon Prime Soundwave as Slenderman (I know Slendy is not a Universal Monster but we all know this is a match made in... hell, I guess?) I don't know what Frankenstein monster could be based upon but I hope it's a modulator or a weaponizer...
Best use of the mold I feel will forever be Convobat, which came with different accessories. I mean, a clone of Optimus (later changed to Blue Convoy) and trained to be an assassin is just awesome.
Dracula does use Firearms what he needs is a silver gun to stain the Autobots turquoise while having a black gun to sign the Decepticon teal he will know his enemies by the shade of Energon on their torso
It is so weird and unneccessary, but I love it! Mindwipe was the perfect mold for this, and I hope theres more Universal Monster crossovers, like, one every year released around Halloween. Love ya Thew!
I appreciate this is a bit late, but the 1931 Dracula movie is a solid choice for any Halloween party - it has some scary bits but it also has some goofy moments/performances to balance it out and it's basically a PG-rated movie, so there's something for everyone. Plus, it's 70 minutes long, so it doesn't have time to wear out its welcome. Oh yeah, and the toy looks cool.
That bat mode just gives off a " Trying his best to scare you but goofs it up at the last minute" vibe. Can totally see an attempted jumpscare followed by tripping on his own cap and rolling out of frame if he was apart of the rescue bots show or somethin.

I am super happy that we get a Dracula transformer, just wish it were based on a toy that a) I didn't already own and b) liked better. Might even feel the need to pick up this guy and round it out for the display shelf.

A transforming Batman is actually surprisingly long overdue - especially if you could throw in a third Batmobile mode in there somewhere, yes...?! (Would love to see a transforming A-Team van to boot - oh, and if they ever did a Transformers/Thundercats crossover, which would be cooler - a transforming Thundertank, or a Razorclaw-esque transforming Lion-O...? Decisions, decisions...!!!).

The Wolfman is easy, he can be any of the beast formers like Tigatron or one of the Terrorcons remolded to have a wolf body, and the invisible man...uh...Mirage? Gotta say he doesn't leave much to work with...but still I want this now, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE THEW!?
Late pro-tip here: the stuido series cogman comes with a black and silver templaric-looking sword that fits PERFECTLY with Draculus here. To the point were im almost kind of upset that hasbro didnt just include that sword mold with draculus, as it is much better than his current accesoires. Oh well :( But seriously thouhg studio series cogman is worth it purely because of that sword and how well it goes along with draculus.

Possible story of adding the remains of Dracula in transport to be disposed of or something an the All - Spark - Cube or item that reawakens the vampier into a Cyberton Transformer body using the vehicle he was in, if a possible pilot inside the bot was to be done, could go with a old school headmasters unit type of set up maybe? That's if they wanted a little bit of info to go with how it.
You do know that Movie Monster Transformers was originally planned during G1 but never made it beyond the concept stage. This toy is the realisation of a TF idea from some 30+ years ago, it's not a wholly new thing.
