That was super instructive! So much defense and positioning. I saw moves I would make immediately, but would be blunders, but Pia was able to set them up for later to be absolutely solid! Thank you for posting.

@@shahafshavit1114 Ok I cant follow that. What I was saying was at 5:57 she played knight to g5, attacking the pawn on F3. Currently only defended by a knight, but she got rid of that at 6:17 with her bishop. She is planning to sacrifice her bishop on for that F3 pawn, because if he takes it back she will fork the rook with her knight. He sees this and moves his king to protect from the fork. Couple moves later 6:52 he moves his rook to d1, which she immediately saw a new fork, instead of taking the same f3 pawn with bishop, she can use the knight instead and the bishop will fork the rook by taking on f3. But she didnt even end up doing it and did something stronger and whooped his ass.
@@traida111 i think you missed the idea. she did not took the knight on d4 because he is defending f3. she took it be cause it was free and black is unable to recapture it. i don't think it was about f3 really. i mean sacking a bishop on f3 would probably be good too. but the immediate threat was the potential loss of a queen.

The Cramling trio is without a doubt my favorite chess family. Anna please make a video teaching the ponziani, playing it out in a couple of games with examples on how to handle different counter moves.
Pia dominates the board like a true Grandmaster, turning every game into her kingdom. With every move, she commands the pieces with precision, strategy, and style, showing her opponents who's in charge. In Pia’s world, every game is checkmate waiting to happen.
La calma, voz y sabiduría de Pía, la frescura, simpatía y sonrisa de Anna, todo esto unido por el amor de ambas por el ajedrez, hacen de estos videos y de este canal una experiencia única. Gracias y saludos desde Argentina!
And if you watch her father Juan Manuel Lopez Bellon you see where Anna gets her emotional lability and her aggressive chess play. Wants the brilliant move over the safe and sure result.
Qh5 was so unexpected to me. Great chess players see a lot of moves I would never consider though :) Then later, Rxf3. Another move I would have never considered. Lots of fun to see these aggressive ( but solid) moves.
I like games where your king is completely safe but doesnt look like it should be because of lack of pawns around it, and there is active advancement on the opponent. Nice game.
"I wanted to go for the mate" she says in her sweet voice. Humiliating you was not enough.
"Peace was never an option"
Pia never fails to be the calmest person in the world while absolutely annihilating people.
I can see anxiety in her posture, but she is definitely humble/graceful. A pleasure to watch.
I'd love to see a match between pia and Eric rosen and my prime attention will be in their calmness
@@caressegarciayou sound like master yoda
LOL, so true, love Pia.
You don't annihilate people in board games...
Anna's mother is an extremely humble and kind lady.
I really admire her as a person
it is clear ... and seems shy
"Thank you so much" for your complete destruction on the board!
😂😂😂
When it comes to chess, Pia takes no prisoners. Amazing as usual.
😂👍
Your mom needs her own channel.
Her thoughts and breakdowns on matches would be it's own archive of awesomeness.
And randomly destroying people OTB in her spare time.
This can be arranged as its own playlist.
Anna always just looks so proud when her mom's playing
With good reason.
True!
Pia forgetting her glasses is the same as Gandalf *"you wouldn't deprive an old man of his walking stick"*
This Lady is so indescribably entertaining! I can't get enough of Pia tearing people apart.😂
😂🤎
God she's vicious! I had completely forgotten about that fianchettoed bishop as well my man!
Pia just had that little nugget of extra set up all in advance
I don't watch (or play) chess at all, but this channel appeared on my recommended and I've had such a thrill watching!

The eval bar here is like sunset .. white is fading and black’s about to take over the night! Pia's magic !
Pia videos are my absolute favorite! She’s so kind and sweet but yet so ruthless on the chess board.
Exactly 🤩
Ese final "no no no" como diciendo "creíste que no tenía todo calculado? Oh ternurita, estás acabado" me encantó
Literalmente enseñandolo que es mejor concederle el partido lol 😅 💀

I can kind of see where Anna gets all her Adorableness and positivity from
Also Annas dad seems to be quite a firecracker 🤩
Mrs. Cramling is the type of person who just exudes that mom energy that's very calming and reassuring
That was BRUTAL, holy shit
I am shocked that I guessed two of her moves. I would have 0 chance of beating her in a chess match. She is fascinating to watch.

Handsome lad talking to Anna during the game, smiling and enjoying the game. Gives Giacomo Gianniotti vibes.
He repeatedly checks Anna out too.
It was amazing to see her slowly grip the king's side of the board.
So THAT'S how you play against the London 🙂
Go Pia, Go! Love the double pawn push supported by each rook.
Anna's left shoulder: guy trying to make a move on Anna. Anna left shoulder: guy wants Anna to move so he can see the board 😂
Wow she is killing you with a smile on her face. Respect Pia.

I love your mom's style of play in that London opening! Well done Pia!!! FREE
Awesome tactics! Thanks for sharing Anna! You and your Mom are amazing!
The Quiet Assassin strikes again!
My new defence verses the London will be a double fianchetto
That piece only defence of the king is not for intermediates like me! Jeez, so risky, but she has the calculating power to keep it safe.
The level of kindness she has is proportional to the sadic style of crushing any opponent, so good
He was very polite! Pia is amazing!
That pawn on e3 is a menace at the end because of Kg1...Rh1#. Mate in 2 either way. Brutal.
Black king seemed so vulnerable for a while, eval bar not bothered at all😮
The guy wasn't playing chess, he was doing something else
I love how your Mom plays with such glee.
Pia exists on another plane when it comes to my understanding of chess.

The guy give a good fight, good for him!
Pia doing what Pia does.

Pia, the destroyer of chess hope. Can't help but love her😊
That was brutal checkmate sequence. He could have prolonged it a little longer by taking the rook with his queen, but there's no point.
Yeah Q takes Q. King moves , Q takes pawn. Mate would not be much prolonged.
Pia is relentless in pressuring her opponent.
She is giving away free lessons, because you only learn by playing someone stronger than you.
@7:07 the way anna reacted when she realised lol
Pia Cramling - the voice of an angel, the play of a bloodthirsty DEMON!
Pia would make a great villain in a superhero movie because she smiles and destroys at the same time.

Pia, gently but brutal ✨️✨️
Look at her being so supportive and welcoming before she proceeds to demolish her competition 😍
She is so kind and sweet, but the game was brutal carnage. Like sudden she was the manicing force. What a contrast.
I love just listening to your mom's voice, and how pleasant she is to everyone. :-)
Anna show love to her mother so much and admiring her, so sweet 🥰❤️

Anna, screen is overshined in some parts of video. By your smile 😁 And nice game by Pia, she still have killer instinkts (over board ofc)
GM Pia Cramling was in beast mode against the London.
She almost felt guilty telling him about the bishop.
La amabilidad de tu madre hace que enfrentarse a ella se sienta aún más aterrador
For somebody that doesn't particularly care for Blitz, she sees many good moves very quickly.
Yea it's so impressive how she saw Bxd4 the instant he moved his queen to Qb5, and made the move after taking just another second to double check
This guy was absolutely destroyed!
Oh I see bishop was blocking him taking rook

Never tell Pia what type of chess u play or what's ur favorite opening or she'll already know how to crush ur game before u even make the first move.🤗
