to be fair, alpha geeks tend to have other geeks flock and work for them so I think a lot of credit should go to the software team. Elon wins for saying something along the lines of "make it so"
Pro tip: if you want to watch some other streaming than RUclips and Netflix in fullscreen and no framme drops. Open RUclips, manage account, the dots in the top corner, Google. Then you Get fullscreen no framedrop browser

If you click and hold the car icon on the bottom left of the model 3 screen it sends a bug report without any voice command. Really useful if your car does something odd in AP. Also I think you should be able to do the manual emergency door handle open but I have not tested that since it could damage the window or trim. Nice video I learned a couple more things :)

Hi great video but I need a bit more help with the send directions to you Tesla. You appear to have your Tesla icon set up in your phones google maps how did you do that?
Very useful but in my 2014 model s and 2017 model x i don't have theater mode at all was that feature for newer Teslas?

I found out about switching to reverse at under 5 mph just yesterday while on the interstate. I tried to turn off AP and must have done the action twice ad when I put my foot down the car stopped of all a sudden which was very confusing.

Smart summon has been improving when people update parking lots on OSM (open street maps).
Haven't tried. I have AP1 so no smart summon.
I have the latest Tesla app, but I do not have a HOMELINK button on the main screen. I believe I can hit SUMMON and when the car connection is established there is a HOMELINK house icon in the upper right. Is that what you mean?

My favourite easter egg is when you plug in your charge cable and press the button on it nine times, it causes the Tesla T at the charge port to blink in rainbow colours. This makes me smile every time. Thanks Elon!

For neutral i used to go to P and the press the stick half down. Will try this also.
There are no delivery specialists when you pick up your car (netherlands). You just sign and get a piece of paper showing you license plate and which lane you can find your car. Strange but efficient :p

Can you explain if there is a way to swap to Metric? I live in Ohio and swap the display on my 2014 Chevy Sonic to metric and drive solely in metric but I've not seen how to do it on a Tesla as I plan on getting one in the future

When you send the google maps directions, can it also send with waypoints?
Mind blown on the send maps to Tesla app!! I always wonder if there are more Easter eggs that no one has found yet.
Wish they would have that heating element keep snow and ice off the whole windshield not just the cameras.
And drain the battery?
Along with sharing locations to navigation, you can share RUclips videos to the Tesla app and it will play in the car. I haven't tried for Spotify, but that might work as well. I couldn't figure out a way to share Netflix. I also couldn't get a website to share to the browser, but that would be a useful feature request.
I believe that my EU Model S also defrosts the B-pillar camera's on the side of the car when you enable heating the rear window (which also heats the mirrors). Its useful in the Netherlands where it fogs up and gets wet, it will even slowly dry that surface.

Is the homelink only on the model x? I’m running v10 on my Mindel 3 and have homelink but it’s not in my app.
Homelink works in my app for my model 3. Firmware 2019.32.12.2, app version 3.10.1-384
@@luckyy802 must be a very recent addition. My app is v 3.10.1 and doesn't have home link button.
Not sure when or why millinieals started calling auto air conditioning the “ HVAC” , I still just call it the “air conditioning “ and the “ heater “ ....
that term has been around much longer than millennials have. Besides, it also provides fresh air, thus ventilating, making calling it the hvac system more accurate than auto air conditioning
I'm studying Engineering in Belgium and we have old books with HVAC in them and even very old plans of building with "HVAC room"
Does everyone have V10.0 software update except me? My model 3 says it’s up to date but it’s on 9.0. Frustrating!
can you do a comparison between your early build and current build. There are lots been changed, such as they removed parking lights, frunk hooks, opening in the trunk etc.
nonameleft1 Please elaborate! Are you referring to the Model 3? I haven’t heard of any of these. I had an early (2018 - VIN 22xxx) Model 3 and now have a Model manufactured in May 2919 (VIN 195xxx).
I have homelink but don't see the option under controls in my app? 🤔
Did a little more research, sounds like you have to have
FSD to get Homelink in the app. 🙄

Do you have 2 Teslas by chance? The app will only send to the vehicle it is logged onto. You can also sign out of your Tesla credentials and sign back in and try that.

I've been told by multiple people that the bug report command is just stored locally and has to be downloaded at your service center or manually pulled remotely by a tech. Is this a new change with v10?
Jordan Anderson That would explain why they haven’t fixed anything I have reported.
You can put the car in park by coming to a stop, pressing hard on the break to engage the hill assist feature, and then if you open the door, the car puts itself in park. It only works if hill assist is engaged.
You can also put the car in neutral open the door and let go of the brake, it will automaticly put it into park
