I'm learning that. Thanks Shane! I'll have to do that next time. My friend said he likes to add a little heavy cream to his... May have to try that too. Thanks again!
My faves are the salted caramel and triple chocolate Rebel! I do try to adhere to the three servings per container. It is pricey, but if you have it as a proper treat and not a staple, it's worth forking out the 6.99 per pint.
I just purchased the Rebel Butter Pecan a while ago it was already on Sale but it’s still expensive for $6.99. The taste was really sweet, I only have a tsp of it!😱😫😤😝😊 I’ll possibly make my own Keto Ice Cream why bother as there’s tons of recipes online for half or quarter of the cost!😱😝😊
😁😄 I hear you! The cost is up there, isn't it! Making your own really isn't that hard. You should try it. If you do please let me know how it goes. Thanks for sharing! 😃
I wouldn't worry about it too much. Normally I would say to avoid but heavy cream contains "naturally occurring" trans fats which is okay. Here's what they say on their website: All ice cream has small amounts of trans fats. There are two types of trans fats: natural and artificial. Small amounts of trans fats occur naturally in some meat and dairy products, including beef, lamb, chicken and butterfat. The trans fats here are coming ALL from the heavy cream, naturally. There is absolutely nothing wrong with natural trans fats (just 1.5g in an entire pint!) in animal foods. The artificial trans fats we all avoid are from heavily processed seed oils, which we do not use at all. Hope that helps.
Yeah 7 net carbs AND 700 CALORIES! Rebel has way too many calories for me.. but it’s perfect if you’re already skinny and don’t need to watch your weight.
Thanks Keto_Robert. I'd have to agree with you on that. I'd add that if someone is really trying to cut sugar out or reduce it significantly that person would likely enjoy this too.
@Keto with JT Yeah, there's Trans fat as well. The lawsuit is from the State of CA because they're marketing it as "healthy" and it has 22g of fat per serving, + saturated and Trans fat
@@tamicoffey5617 Just found that out recently. I'm not sure how much sugar that would leave you with, and honestly a lot of products lie about their nutrition facts which really sucks. However it makes sense if you are eating the whole entire pint rather than having 2 or 3 scoops
Yeah, you gotta let keto ice cream sit out for a while, like 15 minutes. Completely changes the texture and gets rid of the "chalky" texture.
I'm learning that. Thanks Shane! I'll have to do that next time. My friend said he likes to add a little heavy cream to his... May have to try that too. Thanks again!
Sometimes I eat it completely frozen that's how good it is for keto Ice-cream 😋. But it is better if it sits for a few. Y'all have a Sunday.
You have to let it sit out for 15 - 20 min to soften.,, so delicious
Thanks! I'll remember that. I appreciate your comment Amber!

Oh I love salted caramel! Thanks for sharing your perspective on this.
The Rebel snickerdoodle, peanut butter caramel chip and regular vanilla are the best tasting to me. Thanks for the review.
Wow, that's sounding pretty tasty! I'll have to try it. Thank you!
Salted carmel and butter pecan are sooooo good. But you HAVE to let it sit for a while before eating it. Like 10 min plus.
The salted caramel flavor is a mvp for me atleast and I didn't get really any chalkiness .
Awesome! It's my favorite too. That said, maybe I should try a few of the other flavors.... Thanks for sharing.
try the Rebel milk, the chocolate is awesome, the plain cream i use it with my protein shake, its so yummy
Sounds like a great suggestion. Thanks Keto_Robert!
The butter pecan is my favorite,I like to put it in the microwave for about 15 seconds and I also like to add a pinch or two of pink salt.
Oooooo that sounds awesome! Thanks Barry.
@bone mental I just like the way it tastes,I think it brings out the flavor of the pecans.
I use this ice cream to make chocolate chaffle sandwiches its yummy and I only use a quarter of the container to put between the chocolate chaffles
Oooo that sounds yummy!
For keto it is delicious you can let the ice cream sit a while soften a bit and then eat it. Tastes better. Rebal y'all buy it.❤
Yes, I've learned that letting it sit before eating it, is better for sure. Thank you.
I just got some. Im gonna doctor it up with SF whipped cream and enlightened chocolate syrup!!
Sounds yummy!
Thank you for this video!
Thank YOU!
I love this video! Great detailed review :)
Thank you! 😃
Let it sit about 5-10 minutes in the Pint container. Try the Mint Choc Chip, OMG!!!!
Mmmmmmmmmmm Chocolaaaaaaate! 😊
I Like the cookie dough flavor

Try the triple chocolate 😊
Will do. I'm imagining it already! 😁 Thank you.
I love this brand and I've had about 3 or 4 flavors. My concern is the 1.5g of trans fats. Should I be concerned?

You're very welcome. Thank you.

Haha! You got it! I've got a list of keto products I plan to review. Thank you.
Coffee one is great
I love it

Have you tried the mammoth pb and chocolate ?
Not yet. Sounds like I need to!
Crazy like starbucks prices
Should’ve let it soften a little.
Totally agree. Thank you.
FF to 5:40 for review
That number is NOT NET CARBS, it's sugar grams per serving.
its good for people who do keto, if your not doing keto your not gonna appreciate it..
Thanks Keto_Robert. I'd have to agree with you on that. I'd add that if someone is really trying to cut sugar out or reduce it significantly that person would likely enjoy this too.
7 dollars here
This definitely needs more fat, cream, etc. and it would be better...
I agree. My friend adds heavy cream and he says it's amazing. 😃
Its supposed 0 sugar or 1 g sugar. I tried Salted Caramel felt like a blast of sugar. Another sugar free Stevia hidden lie?
There's a class action lawsuit against Rebel due to its unhealthy amount of fat, saturated fat and Trans fat.
Interesting. I'll have to look into that. I would be more concerned about trans fat.

Not worth the price
