My CAT G3520C has issue of shutting down after two hours of operation on alarm "Gas flow control valve malfunctioning ". We have brought down the Raptor flow meter, opener it, service it and cleaned the necessary parts.
But the problem persists as the alarm always displays when the engine shuts down at every two hours of operation.

Open alternator voltage regulator cover, remove and clean 24vdc realay or replace it, also do bypass gas solenoid plunger......then operate generator, inshan Allah the problem will resolve
