would you happen to have web-links to the 147-5482 kit or the 6V-7880? tried calling local Cat dealer for them but "they don't sell specialty tools" lol

Try another dealer. If your company has been paying technicians to visit your engines for inspections & adjustments, that particular dealer might not want to sell you the tools to do it yourself because they don't want to lose business which doesn't reflect nicely on them IMO. OR... you talked with an A-hole on the phone because anyone can buy/own the tool group. The local Cat Dealers don't make them & just charge a premium to give it to you after ordering it from a larger Caterpillar distributor. Also, just google the part numbers followed by the words "Caterpillar Tool Group". When I just did that, I got thousands for hits/links. FYI, the dial probably doesn't come with all the kits online & would need to be purchased separately if it doesn't it. Good luck.
