I was thinking the same thing! Have a few videos fans submit, and analyze a few for discussion. I’m teaching a friend how to play battlefront, as I’m trying to build an HVV team for tournaments, and I think videos like this would really help.
You should do character specific videos. For example next episode you could cover obi-wan then for the episode after that you do grievous. Then you could swap between light side and dark side until you do all the heros and villains. I just think it would be cool if you showed us tips and tricks with them while analyzing the duels.
Star, you are not inevitably dead if that door closes on you out of bounds. You can simply hug right next to the door, you wont actually be out of bounds
You could have had that Grievous a couple times Bazaar if you followed up Heroic Might with a pull, I noticed a few times that you'd knock him down with the HM and went for an attack instead of trying to pull him towards you and then do the attack. That 80 damage would have made the difference.
What platform do you use? Xbox? Ps4? PC? I have an xbox and id consider myself a pretty decent duelist and it would be beyond cool to duel you if you have an Xbox. Great vid as always, love the series
Love these types of videos man. Great matches and great pointers. Definitely love parrying. Especially when you rapidly parry against your enemy’s parry until you both run out of stam. Also love parrying Dooku’s lightning stuns when they get up close. Can’t wait till the next one mate! Thanks for the tips 🤘

I love this series because I’m a duelist I love hero showdown it needs more love instead of the people who constantly double team you when you ask for 1v1
A little buggy? He's extremely buggy, absolutely the worst lightsaber hero to use in a 1v1 without Steamroll maxed out. He sucks in Hero Showdown but is fantastic in HvV
@@LeeEverett1 Yeah I agree and he’s really good in the co-op battle zones. Seriously he is extremely useful on the Naboo map. Just make sure you have full health when you charge into a group of enemies. Lol 😆. Also I forgot sometimes his fourth ability doesn’t work when I hit the button. I have to hit the button like five times before it activates
@@Steel-101 You have to press and hold the button for Retribution to work I noticed, just be smart when using it because it can actually get you killed. Just like HM, the damage reduction stops right before the ability even ends.

Don't know why this got recommended to me, but bro keep up the good work, some of the last people keepin this game alive. But February and March 2020 will stay as the prime era for BF2 for me personally, all this parry and stuff has become long forgotten arts XD. Hopefully a BF3 will sort every problem from BF1 with the lack of content and BF2 with the bland campaign, more heroes, no microtransactions, fixing lobby campers waiting to choose anakin. That last dooku at the end (Dannytube005) was Stars teammate in another video I think it was titled "I met my match" but Dannytube played as maul and lost to a Rey who beat Star that same round. Just something that I noticed cuz Star always has recurring players in his videos
When you knock down someone with heroic might, make sure to use the pull too, everytime I saw you used heroic might you never followed it with the pull, same thing for the repulse and push for Luke.
Great video. Would love if you made a definitive hero guides now that the game is done with content updates. Maybe one hero and one villain per video. That way your only making 11 instead of 22. Anyway great vid!
Hello star bazaar! I really like this series i really love your playing style. I hope more chapters and videos like this. surely you know many of these questions but it is to refresh them. First and foremost: in a lightsaber duel you must be totally close to your rival, distance is an enemy of the lightsaber. Distance makes you predictable and opens up a lot of time for your opponent to react so get as close as possible. parry is a tool that should only be used of these 100% sure that the enemy attack is coming, otherwise you are the one who is countered on several occasions. Guessing the opponent's attack can work at times but will hurt you against professionals who only parry when it is 100% safe. The most important thing in a lightsaber duel is math. count how many hits your opponent has left in his stamina bar count how many you have left, count who has health advantage count the doges count everything. I recommend a defensive rather than offensive style of play since you will win against any offensive player and tie with those who only want to defend themselves. if a player makes you a double parry you can hit in the middle of their attacks so that they only have a single hit advantage and not two. If they give you 2 or 3 hits, stop attacking, stop everything you are doing and focus on blocking your enemy to regenerate your health. Before starting a duel, always keep in mind that you are better than your opponent, you know what you are doing and that you are going to win. May the Force be with you

u can parry everything. u can parry all of these heroes and villains abilities all Luke's abilities, all of yoda's (can get two free hits when he uses hits middle ablility), can parry Rey's dash attack (can get hit by it an d get knocked down if u time it wrong), can parry Obi Wan's all out push and his defensive rush ( but it won't do damage to him cause he is invincible to saber attacks during defensive rush) and all of Anakin's abilities for villains, u can parry all Vader's abilities except the middle one, can parry palpatine's stun (ive kinda done it once recently), can parry all of maul's abilities, all of Kylo's abilities (his freeze might still hit u at times cause for some weird reason, u can still be frozen even if u blocked the initial hit), can parry all of grevious' abilities (except unrelenting advance) like u can see in the vid and Dooku;s stun. can also parry blast hero's melee and Phasma's staff strikes
heres a Bossk bug tip for u: if use ur mine and get knocked down mid animation, ur mines go down but the ability is still of cooldown. so u can wait until those mines get triggered. guess wat, u can deploy mines again immediately afterwards. can kill any hero
heres an Iden tip: her droid shield can block all explosives. so if Han is gonna throw his bomb, u can block all the damage, but u will still get knocked down. Leia's grenades can't hurt u. Chewy can hit u sometimes for some reason but ok
heres a tech for Boba: on maps like Kamino and Tatooine (Mos Eisley), if u fly towards any dome shaped structure, it will boost u up in the air vertically. that way u can get altitude really fast and at the cost of less fuel. did a sick trick with it once

Hero Showdown is the mode for duels mate. You dont always get the honorable players but at least it's not a 4v1

I love light saber duels in battlefront two. Anakin is fun to use but he’s still a little buggy. He gets stuck when I use the heroic might.

Try the jumping hit technique to confuse your opponent
I use unrelenting advance for a stamina recovery or when I’m mind tricked by Rey I just stand and do that 😂
How do you turn off the lightsaber on pc?
Maybe use some slowmo replay on certain parries, can be hard to see at times

Basically if you can block it you can parry it. Unblockable abilities like Mind Tricks obviously can't be parried
