I like and dislike the voice detection feature. It's great to have the volume automatically decrease when your voice is detected if someone is talking to you but not so great if you're the type of person that sings to the music you're listening to.
Yeah I had that feature with the OG pros and it was annoying. I eventually turned it off because I'm the kind of person who likes to sing or hum with my music and it would be so obnoxious every time it lowered the music. I think a better feature is that kf the Jabras or beats that auto stop/start the music when u remove the ear buds and then put them back in. It's by far more seemless. Ur music stops while u have a brief conversation and simply restarts without u tapping anything when u put it back in. So u never miss a beat with the song.
Yes, it use vibration sensor added to the buds since buds+ so any vibration impact to the buds can adjust the volume. Flick the tip of ear, use finger nail "knock knock" the buds, I even took a big jump and the landing impact made the buds adjust volume itself.

If you're in samsungs Eco system then yes. But if you have iOS, Mac, or any other Android phone I would say not worth... Windows has the Buds app so its not bad for that OS. YMMV,
What I feel blindly,by just looking at specifications and design buds pro 2 is mixture of bud pro and buds 2 , buds pro 2 gives comfort/fit and battery life of buds2 and sounds like buds pro. 😅 Not that worth to upgrade from buds pro if you using for while. If u want whole best package it is great i would recommend to wait for while because tech always get outdated and u can get even cheaper.

I also have an ear shape that is hard to find ear buds that will stay in my ear. I have the Galaxy buds pro and I can get them to fit but if I move a little, they will fall out. I'm hoping the buds 2 pro will fit tighter. Do you know of a company that makes ear wings or hooks or anything that would make earbuds that shape fit better?
It's not wing tips, but memory foam tips do a really good job of keeping my buds pro in my ear compared to the OEM silicone. They're also a lot more comfortable to wear. I can keep em in for hours while working out. I found mine on Amazon. The tips don't seem to have changed really compared to the first gen, so I imagine they'd fit both generations of buds pro.
sumsung buds 2 and samsung buds 2 pro are not good for calling while drivining, not god for crowded places... lot of wind noice on calls even after wearing a helmet. other side on call will here lot of wind noise
it seems like they use the same materials on the ear tip as buds pro. It kept constantly come off and get stuck in my ear canal with the smallest tip. Its just way too soft compared with my Jabra which I had no problems with.
The iOS app only supports the buds live and the buds+. You can connect these Buds 2 Pro to your iPhone however you won't be able to customize anything. For that you'll need an old android phone or a windows pc. I use these with my iPhone 14 Pro with no issues. The customized settings transfer over to the iPhone when paired because it's all handled in the earbuds hardware aside from Samsung exclusive features like the seamless pairing and their proprietary audio codec.
The Samsung Direct gave me $50. Trade-in allowance for my wireless Headphones AKG N700. Total $229. + tax - discount trade-in $50 = $175.36 But I have to wait for it another 4- or 5-days delivery
I know this comment is not for this review for the buds but is it true that the interior screen on the zfolds scratched easily. I really wanted to preorder the zfold4 but I am worried about that screen
The first buds pro had terribly finicky touch controls due to the general shape. The rounded design of the new iteration looks similar which leads me to believe the problem will be a continued headache. The Pixel Buds Pro have the smoothest, most responsive touch controls.
Why do people not mention this? The Bud Pro are garbage with respect to touch control. Could NEVER triple tap. No way. Bud Lives were far superior with touch. This is why I'm scared of the Buds 2 Pro. I would like to know if he thought the sound was loud. I like very loud for gym.
@@SkullarkEcko I just ordered them myself. I love the Lives, but I do remember the original Pros being loud. Glad to hear the 2s are loud as well. Hopefully, they do not have the same finicky touch controls as the original Pro. Literally useless. Thanks for the feedback though. Now to wait for pick-up. =D

tip for the volume tap that I found is to tap the back of your ear tip. It works 100% of the time then

If you double tap the big part of your ear, the volume control will still work, so don't have to be that precise

When I remove only one of the buds from my ear music doesn't stop I think it should stop how can I do this setting ?

They come with built in screen covers. Mine doesn't scratch easily but had to get it replaced when it lifted off on the crease
