Appreciate the video, thanks! I stumbled upon the exact same eBay seller before finding your video. Can you speak to the color match between this replacement and the original? In the video, it appears to be slightly lighter in color than the original seatback.

The color match is almost exact. My replacements were slightly lighter, but that's because they didn't have over a decade of grime in them like the rest of the seat. After a few weeks of being in the truck, that is changing, and with regular use they are beginning to match the rest of the seat exactly.

Did you ever think about replacing the foam? Or was it pretty good shape?

My foam was in great shape. I just vacuumed it a bit and that was all it needed.
