Its holding up fine. The new ball joint has stayed put. I agree its a bit much of work. A new one would be around 75+ cad here. But since my ball joint is new and I have a welder, it made more sense to just fix by welding.
@@DIYKAI Unfortunately thats the reality of prices in Canada. Even the prices from the dealer are significantly different. Like a part may cost you guys $3 usd from the dealer, but our same dealer would quote something stupid like $25 for the exact same part. Its so diff reading forums cause when guys go its cheap, only x dollars. Its not the same here. Haha.
