What it's like to take an express bus from Staten Island in a great HOV lane

I want something like this in my city but it needs to be electric with lines on it and it needs to be much faster (at least 70mph) and smaller (28 passengers is enough)

The motors are not that loud on those Prevost buses on the interior, unless you are in the very back of the bus.
