Solo trips are amazing! They're so fulfilling and inspire us to do more. It's a massive achievement to be able to travel to a new place when you have anxiety. I really hope you get to do more of these trips Kate - minus the cold, of course! 🤣

Haha thank you so much!! 🥹 I totally agree, it’s empowering to go somewhere new by yourself especially with anxiety. The thought of pushing yourself out the comfort zone is terrifying, but rewarding when you actually do it!
Next time however, there will be no cold 😂🥲🥲

Solo trips have been exciting, confusing, fun, and sometimes lonely for me. It's usually only after the trip that I start to feel the true positives of the trip. I love solo trips despite the ups an downs involved.
Wish you a great trip out!

Hello Kate! Just wanted to say, I really enjoying watching your video! I too struggle on and off with anxiety, disassociation etc and it really helps to know others go through it, so thank you! Learning to love yourself is hard and no matter what anyone says, it’s a personal journey, but it will get better! Best advice I can give is learn to trust your gut! Thank you for being here, it’s such a comfort, watching you is like looking in the mirror for me!! ❤❤❤

I'm going to the lake district solo for 2 weeks.
Going somewhere alone requires a certain mindset so just be you and enjoy the time.

I watched a video where you spoke about your followers on your social media sites. Are you using meta tags or just tags for each video? Use those tags to your benefit. Get a good group of tags that reflect you, not the video, and use them repeatedly. Link back and forth from all your platforms. You deserve success.

Ah sorry I'm just seeing this comment now! Thanks for the tips! I thought youtube tags were not as important anymore? I use a few consistent ones, and a few that sums up the video!
