There's a distinction between "high" and "low" frequencies. Vibing at a "high" frequency is not describing the "height" of the waveform but the rate (number of) of oscillations (cycles of up and down). Since frequencies are a number of oscillations over a time period, looking at a low frequency, you have less oscillations during a certain time period vs in a high frequency, you have more oscillations within the same period of time.
So to be in high frequency, it is describing the ability to get back to "up" when "down" quickly vs staying stuck in a high or low. Another way to look at it is the term "get back on the horse". I spent decades beating myself up whenever "I fell off the horse" which led me to stay stuck in the mud. Now that I realize that "failure" is simply a part of the oscillation, I get back on that "horse" as quick as possible. "You've done it before, so you can do it again."

I have been struggling these last two years after losing all three of my businesses and a miscarriage. Guilt, shame and frustration just keep me stuck - they’re like a glue to my old frequency
My old frequency will fight for its life and us sneaky, setting my expectations ‘unrealistically’ high so I inevitably fail. But it’s consistency that will actually change my frequency.
The law of rhythm means the pendulum will always swing from high to low, and high again it’s the natural order of the universe.
I only fell because I have risen. I have proven I can reach higher frequencies and I need to remind myself of my wins to increase my frequency again.
Abundance is my birth right not a privilege.
All paths lead to my desired reality, so affirm I am on the right path - I create the rules for my reality.
Took about five pages of notes in my pocket journal. This is what truly sticks out,
*wins & successes exist as a frequency within- you can always tap into them. Never goes away, lies dormant til you give it energy.
*centralize your energy in the wins and success, then it compounds and builds back up to the desired frequency.

This battle is hard. I’m battling YEARS. I’m proud of myself.
Guilt, disappointment, frustration.
These emotions are glue and stick me to my old frequencies. We set unrealistic expectations on ourselves that lead us to fail and feel these feelings. It sets us up for a negative loop whenever we want to change, and gives comfort when we return.
The old frequency sets us up with an unrealistic self-perception on who I am now (based on the relatively limited info I’ve taken in). The old frequency knows that the highs and lows are a law. A high high = A low low.
The emotional energy from the low will stick us down. It will keep us from reaching higher due to the negative energy.

Frequencies oscillate. Everything does. Up and down. Back and forth.
THE ONLY REASON I HAVE FALLEN IS BECAUSE I’VE RISEN.

We make the laws of our reality (without even realising). You make the single and final decision of what is right. You must know it is right.

In my past wins and successes exists a frequency. The person I showed up as and the materialisations of myself exists within. It is clouded only by a stronger frequency that has come from being asleep for so many years of my life.
This old frequency is desperate. It wants to continue to live within me like a parasite. It sees my ambitions as a threat to its life.
This is the game in my mind.
Player 1: My old frequency that wants to keep living
Player 2: My new frequency that I want to internalise
Player 1 exists largely in the subconscious. The subconscious is incredibly powerful and easy to miss.
Player 2 exists largely in the conscious. Less powerful but I can choose what is right and direct my focus to enter my new frequency in the subconscious.
Focus on your wins!
This centralises our energy. And energy stacks. This stacking will create a powerful energetic momentum that will pull me out of this low.
So…
* Focus on your past wins.
* Navigate life with grace and understanding
* I’ve been asleep longer than I’ve been awake.
