Personally, as someone who deals with a bit of anxiety and overthinking, I believe that I still manifest positive outcomes in 3D because those anxious moments are only temporary and last for just a minute max. A tip I have is to allow yourself to feel those emotions, then snap out of it and remember that everything always works out well for you. Those negative thoughts never show up (well in my reality ^^)
