There's a distinction between "high" and "low" frequencies. Vibing at a "high" frequency is not describing the "height" of the waveform but the rate (number of) of oscillations (cycles of up and down). Since frequencies are a number of oscillations over a time period, looking at a low frequency, you have less oscillations during a certain time period vs in a high frequency, you have more oscillations within the same period of time. So to be in high frequency, it is describing the ability to get back to "up" when "down" quickly vs staying stuck in a high or low. Another way to look at it is the term "get back on the horse". I spent decades beating myself up whenever "I fell off the horse" which led me to stay stuck in the mud. Now that I realize that "failure" is simply a part of the oscillation, I get back on that "horse" as quick as possible. "You've done it before, so you can do it again."

when I was 250 pounds and I went down to 175 that was considered a high my diet was different. I was eating a little more clean, drinking water didn’t eat as much meat barely any sweets or sugar unless it was from fruits. One day, I decided to break my habit. And just eat whatever I wanted. I got back up to around 225. However, I have grace. Never felt any shame or any guilt. I have practiced SR. ( semen retention ) I won’t go into benefits those who know who, however, even if I would what you would call have a slip up. I wouldn’t allow it to make me feel defeated. It’s all about having Grace.

This content is applicable to my current situation. I became a Muslim after studying religions. I was strict and doing well as a Muslim. My frequency was high, and I fell in deep love with a beautiful Muslimah. I got engaged, and I basically sabotaged the whole engagement due to self sabotage, trust issues, fears, doubts etc… I fell completely back into my old frequency and destructive patterns. when I was 250 pounds and I went down to 175 that was considered a high my diet was different. I was eating a little more clean, drinking water didn’t eat as much meat barely any sweets or sugar unless it was from fruits. One day, I decided to break my habit. And just eat whatever I wanted. I got back up to around 225. However, I have grace. Never felt any shame or any guilt. I have practiced SR. ( semen retention ) I won’t go into benefits those who know who, however, even if I would what you would call have a slip up. I wouldn’t allow it to make me feel defeated. It’s all about having Grace.
Okay I love that example why because we both know exactly what we gotta do to get back onn pt tap back into that higher frequency sht we gonna trick our ego n old self n let it think we stuck well I am why because I’m shifting out and changing my eating that’s why because Ik and remember what a high frequency feels like/the weight n body shape we want 😂

ok got it. falling and then rising up equals transmutation and thats begins with an alteration of vibration , that begins with alteration of concentration which then taps to a frequency that becomes my reality which then manifests physically in my physical world. I need to concentrate myself on the good and all the wins that i made (and be grateful for that) to alternate my vibration and tap to my old positive frequency and then just keep my momentum.
