2 of the usb s are not working on one side, but on the other side of the laptop the single usb is working, i think its something hardware related not software related.

Open device manager by searching it
After opening the device manager if you don't see the usb controller options, install the drivers manually or just reset windows, it will reinstall the missing usb drivers
