Helpful video!! I have two bizhubs, a c454 and c554e. Is it possible to remove the cyan one (needs changing) from the c454 and replace it with the much newer one, which is in the c554e? Will it all register and sinc up ok?
Hi, The most important thing is the appropriate grammage, you need to pour exactly 180 gr.
Can I just swap the whole developer unit, as I have a feeling the one in the c454 is faulty. The developer unit in the c554e is almost full I think

@@MrRicoh it was a success. All worked fine, BUT, my test page has too much cyan or green washed through the colour chart. Any solutions for this?
@@MrRicoh so basically, it fixed the huge cyan strip through every print, but the cyan output appears to be too heavy. I changed the charge output in tech mode to -2 cyan, against the Black magenta and yellow, but this didn’t change or fix anything

Good day sir, please sir am having issue with my Konica c554. I simply remove the developer from the developer unit and flush out the old developer and fill it with new developer and after that I install back the developer unit. Now when I print or copy, it see the developer spilling heavily on the drum/image unit which affects print papers and copies.
Please I need your help and solution on this issue.

Remedy: 1 Reinstall developing unit. 2 Reinstall toner cartridge. 3 Check the connector between developing unit-FRB CN13, CN14, CN15, CN16, CN10 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 4 Check the connector between FRB CN1, CN3-PRCB CN7, CN9 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 5 Replace the developing unit. 6 Replace FRB. 7 Replace PRCB.

Causes: • IH coil unit (IHC) • IH power supply (IHPU) • Noise filter (NF1) • Printer control board (PRCB)
Remedy: 1 Check the connection of the fusing unit. 2 Check the fusing unit, IHC, IHPU, NF1 and PRCB for proper connection and correct or change as necessary. 3 Check the marketing area of the fusing unit. If the marketing area is incorrect, replace the fusing unit for proper marketing area. 4 Check the marketing area of IHPU. If the marketing area is incorrect, replace IHPU for proper marketing area. 5 Replace IHC 6 Replace IHPU 7 Replace PRCB 8 Replace NF1
