help help guys I have a Konica Minolta C280 machine I tried repeatedly to fill the magnet cylinder, but it never fills. All the Developer powder goes to the bottom. It does not stick to the magnet cylinder. I do not know the problem!? I stay for a long time but to no avail!?

Make sure you filled with developer and not toner.

is the one in the refill bag just standard toner? I cleaned up the developer on a different model/brand without knowing the developer assembly had to be refilled. thx

This is the special iron powder for developer

​@@mohamedabdou2224 yep thanks! Learnt just after that the powder is the developer, and the mechanical cylinder in which it goes is the developer UNIT.

Hi, do you know if the main memory 125mb for the 1690MF is like computer ram in that it doesant retain data in any way when switched off? The manual is a bit vague there.

Void marks in the image. You'll see one side is mode faded than the other. We recommend doing the whole imaging unit when this happens.

Please tell me why you need to change the chip on the drum if you do not change the drum itself.

That the developer chip. If you don't change it it'll pop up the 2558 error code.
