Anyone who wants to live their entire life in a tiny cell has got to be "odd" This kind of lifestyle would drive most people crazy. Maybe her "visions" were hysterical / psychotic delusions.
Many of us who love Christ are odd…. Odd in our initial need, perhaps, and then odd as our attraction to him compels us toward a kind of life that the rest of the world has a hard time understanding. But I assure you, by being ‘nutty’, we do not miss out on what God most wants to give us. (What a relief!)
