I am not even Southern Baptist and I love Dr. Stanley. He is amazing with his words. They are always just right and just on time. At one point, I wanted to move to Atlanta mainly so I could attend his church. Now that he is retired from the church, that reason for going to Atlanta has disappeared. But, I still have a library of his sermons to watch. There are so many of them! 😊❤️🙏

Hey man I saw the name of your profile. This isn’t to attack you man we are saved by grace through faith that is the truth but I have to say once saved always saved isn’t. I know this has been a major debate for a long time and has been talked about over the years online here on RUclips. But please looks at Revelation when Jesus is speaking about the certain church he talks about the Lukewarm church and how he would spew them out. He talked in Revelation 3:5 to the one who overcomes he wouldn’t blot their name out of the book of life. I believe once we are in Heaven and our life hear is done yea if you died in Jesus or where rapture your his forever. But if once saved always saved was true why would there be a warning of someone name being taken out of the book of life if they took words from the prophecy. I know people may say well this is works salvation no im not trying to get people to fall from grace this isn’t it. We do need to repent from our sins though and live for Jesus. Im not saying everyone who promotes OSAS loves sin but we need to repent. There is a reason why Paul in Philippians 2:12 said work out your salvation with fear and trembling if it really is OSAS what is there to fear. I know I’m not better then you man or anybody but I don’t want this doctrine deceiving people please look at Galatians 5, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Hebrews 10:26 yes I know people have had the excuse those where for Hebrew believers and not us if that’s the case why is it in the New Testament. This was absolutely one of the best sermons I have ever heard. I believe that I didn't hear it by accident but it was a reminder from the Holy Spirit for me to understand how much God loves me. Praise God. Thank you.
The love of God is amazing. As for the rest of this sermon it you are not sure you should never preach on it and end up with a lot of unbiblical contradictions. This is why we need to study for ourselves.
Psalm 5:4-6 states: "For you are not a God who is pleased with wickedness; with you, evil people are not welcome. The arrogant cannot stand in your presence. You hate all who do wrong; you destroy those who tell lies. The bloodthirsty and deceitful you, Lord, detest." Therefore, the love of God is not unconditional.
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. 1 Peter 5:7. Will be praying that you seek God, even though you may not feel any different, please keep seeking. For the Lord will not cast us away forever. Lamentations 3:31 Please read your Bible and keep seeking Him. Love is God's commitment to our well-being. Unconditional love is unrestricted, unlimited love. Reasons we do not believe God's love is unconditional : - We think of how we love other people. - It's natural for us to love only some people unconditionnaly - We don't feel wotrhy of it - Legalistic teaching we have heard - We don't understand - We don't understand spiritual teaching likr divine discipline Punishment is God executing is judgment upon the wicked Divine discipline is God's loving correction of His children to protect us from further disobedience and harmful consequences John 3 : 36 God is a God of love and of justice. In God's justice, sin has to be punished. In God's Love, He provides that punishment in the death of His Son.

God has taken bad relationships out of my life recently and I feel the Holy Spirit, and God is healing me from many years of bad relationships. It's been very emotionally painful and a spiritual struggle for me, and it's taken me some time to just let go and let God heal me. But God's unconditional love and healing feels so much better than the bad relationships!
John 3:16 Explains our heavenly Father love for us. His love was demonstrated through the death of our Lord and Savior on the cross of Calvary. Forgiveness and Salvation came at a price. Thank you for touching our heart with God's truth and promises, wisdom and guidance...and most of all...His unconditional love for us. to all my brothers and sisters God is the way the truth the life.....as a child I served God and enjoyed life close to him ... I was not around adults that didnt do the same .. Today its been tough seeing so many clinging to drugs alcohol ... its heartbreaking .. i give it to God now .. I can see ...its so big it distroys everyones life around them while they just go merrily along not caring ... Today 2024 as people are deep in the alcoholic drug journey just one day I hope they see the answer to all their problems is you Lord ....

The love of God is amazing. As for the rest of this sermon it you are not sure you should never preach on it and end up with a lot of unbiblical contradictions. This is why we need to study for ourselves.

Wow I was JUST thinking about how I really really enjoy dr Charles Stanley but that I wish I could hear more of his older sermons! Thank you Jesus God bless this ministry! This is really the only devoted teaching I listen too, I’m sure I’ll branch out to others soon but I’ve been hooked since before I got saved and I think that’s why it hold a place in my heart.

Love is God's commitment to our well-being.
Unconditional love is unrestricted, unlimited love.
Reasons we do not believe God's love is unconditional :
- We think of how we love other people.
- It's natural for us to love only some people unconditionnaly
- We don't feel wotrhy of it
- Legalistic teaching we have heard
- We don't understand
- We don't understand spiritual teaching likr divine discipline
Punishment is God executing is judgment upon the wicked
Divine discipline is God's loving correction of His children to protect us from further disobedience and harmful consequences
John 3 : 36
God is a God of love and of justice.
In God's justice, sin has to be punished.
In God's Love, He provides that punishment in the death of His Son.

God has taken bad relationships out of my life recently and I feel the Holy Spirit, and God is healing me from many years of bad relationships. It's been very emotionally painful and a spiritual struggle for me, and it's taken me some time to just let go and let God heal me. But God's unconditional love and healing feels so much better than the bad relationships!
John 3:16 Explains our heavenly Father love for us. His love was demonstrated through the death of our Lord and Savior on the cross of Calvary. Forgiveness and Salvation came at a price. We are forever thankful. We love you as well dear heavenly Father. God bless you Dr. Stanley thank you for feeding us with the inspired word of God.
