Truly repented? How so? Michael is all for kids murdering the enemy (wars). Great Christian! Wonder what Jesus would think of the millions of innocent people who've been killed and displaced in these senseless wars, all in the name of money and power, by our gov? Ponder that. Michael should, too. And who's the threat to us? What country that we've been in 8 wars with (at the same time) have actually threatened us? Wow. I'm speechless. You can see the difference between Michael and Sammy. Sammy is basically justifying his former life and doesn't get it why Rudy Giiliani thinks giving Sammy a pass for 19 murders and letting him out in society was a mistake, because he went straight back into the life and doing crime.
Rudy's opinion was validated clearly, because here is Sammy not taking responsibility for his criminal activities and saying it's a 'vendetta' against him. He broke the law AGAIN after he got a second chance to go straight. He only cooperated to save his own neck, and help put Gotti and the others away. Not to help the US government, or do the right thing. He didn't want to spend the rest of life in prison. But then he had the chance to turn his life around and go straight like Michael but blew it by dealing drugs. Rudy is 100% right. Many agree, giving Sammy a pass on 19 murders was a mistake.
Michael by contrast, has genuinely turned his life around and acknowledges that the mafia life was not normal and was morally wrong. Sammy doesn't seem to get that or show any sign of taking responsibility for his actions and choices.

Our gov has turned into a form of the mafia. They've become lawless and are not honoring the constitution.
As far as Michael, talk about hypocrisy! He claims he's a Christian, yet said he supports the murdering of the "enemy". Well, the endless wars we have been in have killed literally millions of innocent people, displaced millions. We even have Gitmo, a place where, as Obama so eloquently put it, 'we torture some folks'. I'm pretty freaking sure Jesus would be dead set against murder and torture. Michael needs to pay attention more on his Sunday visits to church. Hypocrite.

Gravano is the conditioned animal that only bowed to one master until he felt it abandoned him. After that he bit and he's been biting ever since. Michael is a student who wishes to learn lessons from the pain he feels and the pain he inflicted either directly or indirectly on others. This is where Michael speaks like a man of redemption. Sammy on the other hand, is the dog who will continue to bite even as he's being put down. If one truly listens to Sammy, you'll hear a lost soul who seeks to feel what it is to feel wanted and loved. Like a traumatised child, it's as though he's never healed from whatever or whoever cut him. Like 98% of all prisons, it's full of broken men who never truly made it past childhood without deep scars of the psyche.

He absolutely did deserve 100 years in fact he deserved 500 years like they gave Gaspipe. I rarely ever agree with Giuliani on things but Sammy literally has zero remorse for anything. He blames everyone but himself for his actions and now makes money by telling stories about the murders he committed. It wasn't enough for him to kill the people and make money from it back then now he has to do it all over again. He sits there thinking he was this perfect gangster and tries to make people feel sorry for him meanwhile he had his best friend killed, half his crew killed, his brother in law killed and most importantly an innocent 17 year old kid. It's always someone else's fault rather than his own. He blames Gotti for him ratting, he blames "La Cosa Nostra" for all the murders, he blames Louie Milito for killing the kid I've never once heard him take responsibility for his actions and it's a big part of why I despise him. Michael, you are a man's man far more than Sammy ever was, you've come so far and taken responsibility for your actions and that is what makes a man. Not how many guys you killed.
