Thanks buddy, I really appreciate you watching the channel. Good luck with the Lions but I am an OSU grad so that's as far as I'm going to go with nice things about Michigan teams lol. I don't know if you watch hockey but I am looking forward to the wings coming down and playing the jackets in the horseshoe. That should be a lot of fun.
@@Merica_dadgarage Awesome man I didn't know that! I love hockey but every year I try to get into it the jackets just stink. This is the year I'm finally sticking it out all season and watching as many games as I can. I think they'll make a run at the last playoff spot. Wish I could have got tickets for that game at the hosrseshoe.
Johnny you are the man my friend. Those look absolutely delicious. Great meal for minimal prep. I’m from NW Wisconsin, good job ok keeping that snow in Ohio.
Great video, as usual, Johnny. I haven’t done any griddling for around 4 months now, but seeing you out there in the snow inspired me to get to gettin’ and throw down something on my griddle. The cold weather wouldn’t be as bad as the rainy weather we get hammered with up here in the Pacific Northwest, and we are in for some dry but cold weather this coming week. Thanks for being here.❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️
VERY NICE MEAL! I did smash sausage patties for egg & cheese biscuits. Maillard is my hero. I used a little oil on the bottom of a 4 cup pyrex bowl as a smasher & had no sticking issues.
No I just always preheat it on low so it doesn't get shocked. If you went out when it's really cold and cranked it to high then it could warp. I'm actually working on a warping video right now. It should be out in a week or so.
Another slice of cheese glue on top of the veggies might help "keep it together" a little better. I was born in Wisconsin - there is no such thing as too much cheese. Unless you're cutting it. BA-DA-DUM-TISH!
Hahaha there you go! You could probably also just leave out a pepper and only use two rather than 3. I did have a lot of left over peppers but I also ended up eating on a grilled cheese later in the week.

Thank you for another great video Johnny!
Awesome patty melt! So colorful with those peppers👍😊
Just came across the channel a few days ago, love the content. Cheers from MI, go Lions! 🍻
You just made 117K new griddling friends! Not as many Lions fans... GO BEARS!
Let’s go Lions! From MI.

@ love me some Red Wings hockey! My entire basement is painted Red Wings red and white with all kinds of paraphernalia.

Nicely done again, brother! Yes, it is definitely winter here in ohio. It's been a while since we had a winter like this. Cheers from Mogadore 🍻
Aunt Millies rocks!

Wow, great griddle especially in the cold, food looks delicious and awesome. Thanks.
Great idea Johnny! I like the patty style for a change of pace. This is going on my list also!
Thanks Mike, I hope you enjoy it.
Just found your channel 👍 this recipe looks great 😊
Thanks man!
Love it.
Everything you make looks so good!! I'm from Cbus, too...and still haven't gotten my invite to dinner/🤣
Next time! lol, THanks Kay
I'm definitely going to try this one. Thanks Johnny. 🍻 I griddle all winter too, not tomorrow tho, a HIGH temp of minus 19F.🥶
Oh man sounds like you're getting hit pretty hard too Todd. It's snowing like crazy in Ohio right now.
Wow, Johnny 🔥 👌 looks fantastic! Cheers brother 🍺
WAIT, No Bob Evans Italian sausage? GO BUCKS!
Hahaha I didn't see it, but there's is pretty good too.
I saw, I made, and damn did these make my belly bloated. My wife couldn't eat one whole sandwich. Thank you!!!
Awesome! I'm so glad that you liked them.
Kudos for showing the grill's temperature settings and periodically mentioning the grill temperature settings during the cook!
Thanks, I hope it was helpful.
Tomorrow's dinner!!!!
Nice!
The screw-ups are just as important to see. Thanks for leaving them in!
No problem, I hope they help you avoid doing them yourself.
Yummy
I wonder if it make any difference if you mixed in the sugar with the vinegar to dissolve first before adding to peppers??
Hmm that's a good question. I may have to try that.
Looks tasty. Where did you get that knife from? I really like it.
My brother in law got it for me. It's a Lamson knife.

Hey Johnny what knife are you using ? And where do you find it ?
Hey Robert, it's a Lawson knife. My brother in law got it for me. Here's the link in Amazon.

Looks good! (Do you worry about warping your griddle?)

@JohnnyBrunet thanks! Great tip.
Can you make a seared tuna steak burger?
I can try!
Way to go Johnny. Where is the red sauce?? GRIDDLE ON DUDE.
Saved that for the hoagie version I thought the vinegar and sugar on the peppers and onions was enough.

BA-DA-DUM-TISH!
I also love the Aunt Millie’s bread
I ain't cutting only half of a pepper. That ridiculous. I'll just eat Italian Style Patty Melts for a month straight. AS GOD INTENDED.
Hahaha there you go! You could probably also just leave out a pepper and only use two rather than 3. I did have a lot of left over peppers but I also ended up eating on a grilled cheese later in the week.
