Kelvin’s settlement may actually be the key to getting this guardianship revoked as clearly Sabrina should not be having guardianship when Wendy has a family. He should use that energy to supporting his son in getting a lawyer who can toss Sabrina off this guardianship. Even Britney was father was given conservatorship, so why is Wendy at this grown age and with family. Her family needs to do better.

I believe a great deal of awareness has been shed to light when it comes to a guardianship. Judges are getting paid to put someone under a conservative order then a guardian who is also, paid dictates your hard earned money! That whole system needs to be revisited under the Supreme Court. That Sabrina woman has been living a good life off the backs of people, she will get hers. No bad deed goes unpunished! 😢 Situation all the way around.

I recall Kelvin’s alimony payments are tied to whether Wendy is still working her tv show or the tv show is in syndication for which he was coproducer. He needs to stop living extravagant & get his own finances in order. She’s not working the tv gossip show, no syndication, no alimony payments. That was the agreement.

Kevin’s right we don’t know what’s going on only what is Fed to the media. Now, with that being said , I’m not a Kelvin fan but it doesn’t seem that know one else can apply pressure to find Wendy’s finances. The family, including her son, can not obtain ANY information regarding Wendy’s financial status. If Kelvin can bring light to this matter, he should. I do NOT believe that arbitration is the solution - Sabrina Morissey is being accused of a very serious matter, which, if true IS A CRIME. She can not rip her clients off.
