I think that the reason no-one has commented here is because, unlike your interpretation that nothing said here was wrong, it started out with the same ole "America is the savoir of the whole world" thing. "Americanis is being crushed by the weight of responsibilites thrust upon it by WWI." Well, actually, he said "The Great War" - a silly thing to say. And IF WWI was "The" Great War what the hell was WWII then? A little skirmish?" But, moreover, if WWI was such a "crushing weight" why didn't the USA join all the other to Allies, rather than coming in at the very end while the majority of it's Army didn't even leave the US?
I'm not going to pick out all the incorrect statements...to people who do know the history of the 20thC this vid. does nothing but parrot all the "'Murica is the best." "We saved your arses in WWI and WWII." ...but then going on to say that America's current decline (Did you know that, for 7 years running, the USA has been labelled a "Failed Democracy"?) is due to the rest of the world making too many demands upon them? FFS!
Nah, sorry, mate. The tone of this vid. would have resulted in most people not even bothering to watch it right through.

Every empire ends up costing more than it brings. Look at the US national debt. Has any US politician ever talked about how to reduce this debt? Even the US rating agencies no longer want to give the USA triple A. I believe these are clear signs of changes to come in the United States itself and the United States' role in the world. The US government should finally learn to work with other Western countries. And with an intensity that you can't even imagine today. I'll go one step further: How about founding an intercontinental federation of states modeled on the European Union?
