For anybody else watching and about to do this there’s no need to pry on the injector hold down. Screw the old line on the injector and pry against the base of the line nut. You get a much straighter pull on the injector that way and they pop out with zero effort. This is a great video though.
When you reinstall the lines they do go on the same way you took them off there are two different size nuts for them so don't put it on backwards although it doesn't fit backwards. When you tighten the line you put it to 7 ft pounds and then you do a 60° turn you don't crank until they stop because if you over tighten them you damage the line if you under tighten them they spray. The whole down bolt goes to 22 foot pounds and then a 90° turn after if you don't do that right then the injector does not seat correctly. Make sure before you install the injector that you blow out the injector hole and the hole for the hold down bolt as you will not get it correct if you don't any debris will not let the injector seat right.

Great Video! I do a fleet of these and I would add; if you do injectors please replace the Oring that sits on the valve cover between the injectors and VC. I have had to redo the labor because some will leak. These orings cost $4 each at ford.
Easiest way to remove injectors without tool is to remove the hold down and install the hold down upside down without the bolt. Hold it with your hand and slowly tap on the hold down with a hammer and it will pry it out.
Did you code the injector in yourself? If so what did you use to do it? I've only been able to find an authentic ford tool that costs $1,500 plus another almost $1,000 for the software.
yes, we have the ford software at the shop i work at so i borrowed it, that was just luck, if you do not have and the drive is short, you can run to the dealer once all mechanical is done and have them put the trim code in for you, it will be cheaper still at this point. i dint share that part because people may or may not have the tool.

That’s correct it’s a crush fitting it will leak later
Technically it will leak but it won’t if reused if youre in a bind.
