    Any wood that dropped off house that don’t have to go gets a win. Most wood I go get myself. Tree guys cut all kinds of lengths. So longer logs better. Stay cool ✌🏻

      You bet it is. Up until a few months ago all our wood for the most part was sourced from the family farms. Having tree service dropped off saves a ton of time even if I have a little waste. Thanks for watching Dan👊🏻

    Todd like you said free is free. Not my favorite stuff, but I'll take it. If it gets to be too much of a problem just more for the burn pile. On the small stuff I try to cut a while and split a while just to keep from having such a mess and avoid the trip hazards. Take care Ben.

    • @toddsoutsideagain
      @toddsoutsideagain  2 месяца назад

      Free is good!! Delivered is also good😂Yeah I just had another drop from my other tree service. Just the opposite. HUGE stuff. Some of it will be donated to the burn pile! Good idea on splitting after you cut for a little bit! It also changes it up a little bit so it doesn’t get so monotonous😂 Take care Ben👊🏻

    Nice you have some tree service delivery and one you said will fill your trailer. It's all good.
    Tractor with a bucket can work wonders too. Even a subcompact can lift heavies for you vs a log lift. It can help orient species of mixed wood if that's your game, or provide correct height bucketloads for stacking.

Most times I’m at the dump site dragging logs out a pile with my truck, bucking then using a dolly to walk them up and into the trailer. Occasionally I work with the service and leave with a load or two. 👍

      @@toddsoutsideagain well I sale a good bit of fire wood . But it depends how far out I am from farm . It’s rural out here so if I am in town working 30 plus miles away I chip all I can .
