Great routine! I am sitting now😀 Could not do single leg curls as the Bowflex Ultimate design will not allow. Used regular curls instead Also stayed on one side of the machine using ankle straps for the hip exercises. I prefer those standing so I can slightly pull past the center Really enjoying these Eric. What progress are you making toward patroon? Looking forward to signing up!
Getting close! I will be up before the end of the month. It's taking a bit longer than I expected, plus my day job has been killer since May, so between that and the vids, I just haven't had the energy. Almost there though!

I agree with home that weekly routines would help my focus… Maybe in 2023 you could do a new weekly once a month as part of the patroon? My Ultimate Bowflex (circa 2003) has seen much more action this year, largely because your routines keep me focused…. Many Thanks….
@@BowflexWorkouts apologies, in a rush yesterday…. My thought was that you provide weekly workouts that we follow for that month and then the next month you change the weekly. Keeps the motivation going and would not be too repetitive…. Hope this makes better sense😂

I’ve had the flu for a week now 😡, & when I’m back, this is what I’ll be doing. Those upgrades though makes each exercise more efficient…

Got to 120lbs from 80lbs today. My machine has the ability to do both legs on the late stages.
Did this one tonight. Didn't realize beginner meant shorter duration of time in the sets lol. It was good. #legs (50lb 30lb 80lb)
