Why those rainbow dolls look angry and depraved? They even functioning as chaser?

At this point, will you record the "I can't believe it's not Uboa" event in Hidden Shoal that got deleted?

But why did they do it!! GALAXY Town had so many great things and now they're gone :(
From what I understand it was thematic clash with the rest of the game, and also GALAXY was a bit of a butt.
What version was this?
I want to say 104e, I could be wrong, it's been a while. I do know it's been dummied out in current (105 and up) versions, though!
