So far, I've done Greggs Sausage Rolls, Sausage and Bean Pasties, Chicken dippers - but no home cooking as yet. I will be trying this recipe out as you can't beat rice and spring rolls. Hi @Lindz, can you cook raw rice in the airfryer? I havent been able to find much online about this. mostly a lot of people saying to put it on pressure cooking mode. but the dual doesnt have a pressure cook mode :(
Hi Deena 👋 The pressure cook mode is only on the multi cookers lovely. I'm not sure about raw rice in the air fryer I've had one failed attempt but I'll try again and if I manage it will definitely do a video x
Why? The traditional way is far quicker and the amount of fat used is no less, Having started to use an air fryer, I see so many recipes that are inferior to traditional methods. The air fryer is great if you want lots of chicken and chips
Why? Because I can is the answer, and it's all about pushing what an air fryer can do here and experimenting. I agree that traditional fried rice is better, but this is another option. Not all of us live on chicken and chips and what a waste of money an air fryer is if that's all its used for x

When doing it on the hob I'd normally use fresh garlic and ginger never thought of it will definitely add next time. Have a great weekend 😀
