AKHI you should ask abu mussab how ti deal with (ocd) from the wishes of Satan, when a comes to act of worship such as prayer, forgetting every single of sajdah cannot count them talking long time to do wudu and having thoughts of shirk, kufr, blasphemy, jakzakallah
Ignore them as if it is a crazy person next to you telling you these stuff. Dont pay attention to him and pretend he’s not there. Ustadh AbdulAziz al Haqqan gave a suggestion, that whenever you get these waswas, do tasbeeh, even if it is upto 100 times. Waswas is a sickness and you have to get rid of it. (I also have this) The 2 billion muslims all over the world finish their wudu in like 1minute without any problem, so are you the mr. Careful here? Ustadh AbdulAziz said the following: I have heard Sheikh Salih as Suhaymi saying, when wiswas comes to you say, “Allahu Allahu Rabbee Laa Ushriku Bihi Shay’aa” Sheikh Muhammad Hisham At Tahiri said, “Shut him up, even in your head say shut up, and humiliate him and mention Allah.” Because when you mention Allah, the Waswas shrinks and dwindles away (Yakhnas/Khannas) Whenever you get Waswas, start making Tasbeeh, like SubhanAllah, La ilaaha illallaah, Allahu akbar, etc. etc. make it a habit and Tell me if it works.
