You don't need to grease silicone mould if you have good quality ones. And if you are out of India you could always use cooking oil sprays (avocado/canola)
Today I made these muffins but it was not bake well. I follow your method bake 30 minutes but after 30 minutes when I take out from the oven muffins was cooked from upside and down side nice brown colour appear but raw from inside . I cant eat these raw uncooked muffins all gone waste. Please tell the right quantity of water I think you tell wrong quantity of water.
