What bios are you running? I'm still building my z790 Apex, prolly have it ready for the 5090 release.

@@Bang4BuckPCGamer Thanks, I can't wait to get the new test bench rig running.
Move my gaming rig over to be the capture rig.
My capture rig with MSI X570 GodLike had issues with 4k VR and using the USB-C port, I hope it fixes my 120hz blk screens that i'm getting.
This game looks interesting but I dont want to play it until I will upgrade my old PC (i7 3770K + GTX1080). I've already bought the motherboard, PSU, RAM, and 7800X3D CPU, but I will have to wait till august before I upgrade my GPU. I'm wondering if it's worth buying the RTX4080S in August or waiting a little longer for the RTX5080.
You should wait. Even if you don't buy an RTX 50 series gpu, you may find a better deal on the RTX 40 series due to possible prices cuts.
@@Bang4BuckPCGamer If I am going to wait, I am going to get the RTX5080 even if it is slightly overpriced compared to the already overpriced RTX4080 :P. I think something like the RTX5080 would hold its value much longer.
I want to buy a good GPU that can run UE5 games with ease because I know this engine will be very popular for the next 5 or more years.
The dlss quality option is not available to me, only fg
Me too
@@Bang4BuckPCGamer Me as well
It worked for me the last time I played (a few weeks ago). Is it greyed out now? @@Bang4BuckPCGamer
You can fix the DLSS issues by downloading the files online and copying them. They named a DLSS file wrong.
Does the game offer DLAA upscaling? 1:24
It doesn't seem to offer any DLSS upscaling options at the moment, which is strange as it did in the past. The only DLSS option is frame generation.
@@Bang4BuckPCGamer Weird!
DLAA isn’t upscaling. You can fix the DLSS issues by downloading the files online and copying them. They named a DLSS file wrong.
I have a 4090 with a 14900kf and no matter what I do on this game it’s a stuttery mess! How did you get rid of this?
I really didn't do anything special. I am running my 14900ks without hyper threading. Maybe that helped reduce the stuttering
@@Bang4BuckPCGamer Do you run your PC without Hyper Threading at all times or was it just for this game? Its not something I've considered disabling to be honest
This is the game that made me upgrade my rig. 8700K + 4090 just could not handle it above 60 FPS 4K. Then the nightmare of figuring out the 14900K issues before the public.
Hah, I also initially had a 8700k with my 4090. Still got beastly performance.
jesus you had a 8700k with a 4090? the bare minium for a 4090 is like a 12900k
@@msg360 Worked well for me on many graphically demanding games. Was getting 60-80 FPS 4K with modest overclock. This game was so notoriously unoptimized until recently. They shut the studio down.
@@msg360 I mean not really, it's just I wasn't pushing it to its max for a few months.
