Basics of Chalk Mineral Paint

Ever wonder how this whole chalk painting thing works? Here's an easy step-by-step how-to that will help you get started EVEN if the project that you want to paint has some imperfections.
In this video we use Dixie Mud to patch some gouges in a table top and we cover it with two coats of Dixie Belle Hurricane Gary. We used a Dixie Belle Mini Brush to apply our paint. This table top turns out beautifully! Check it out and see just how easy it is to get a flawless finish.
In our next video we will be taking this same table and applying a crackle finish and Dixie Belle's Drop Cloth Chalk Mineral Paint.
