I agree because once Kim said Kourtney didn't show up and she had Khloe had to be putting in more work covering her hours and I find that very disrespectful. I think Kourtney is clearly going through something deeper than work, i think when someone is crying a lot and breaking down that is a sign of depression. That being said, it's crazy to expect not to work and not be committed to anything whilst everyone else is on the grind for your money.

Thanks to THIS show, Kourtney has the privilege of saying “work is not my priority”, if she wants to be that “normal” mother and person she so constantly says she is, then live the normal lifestyle that includes “Working”. In no way does working mean stop caring about your kids. She is a great mother I’m sure, but she just says yes to the job, takes the money, and doesn’t do the job as she should be doing. For years she’s carried the show by displaying her entire relationship with Scott, displaying her close bond with khloe that has enabled spin offs like ‘Kourtney and Khloe take Miami” and even being the first to display her births on the show. She’s had a blast showing her entire life on tv for decades and it’s completely understandable if she’s like a break. Her family not understanding that is what’s causing problems with their relationship.

simple: reduce Kourtneys earnings from each episode, only pay her when she's featured based on how much airtime she brings, that way the rest of the family can't cast up she isn't doing her bit and getting the same cut as them & Kourtney gets as much freedom as she wants.
To be fair it's never my top priority either. My priority would be doing things that make me happy and work is helping pay for it. Its all planned, all scripted and we only see what they wish us to see. Believe me these are very clever business women who did NOT get to be as rich as they are by not thinking about what they are letting the public see. They do scenes like this because we can relate, we all have that one family member who we are having problems with that sister we fight with or whatever. They are clever enough to know that the average Joe or Mary could not relate to their lifestyle so they put scenes like this into their show to make us feel like they are just like us an so we watch, thinking we know they a little better. We dont and they, are laughing all the way to the bank.

Travis has been a life saver for Kourtney. She has been low-key depressed for several years and could not find support and comfort in her own family. They have been toxic to her for years on end.
Look I think that if she wants to do the mom thing then by all means do it. Some women prefer to look after their babies and that’s understandable. What that means on the flip side, though, is that she’s not going to be earning what her family does and she’ll need to factor that in and adjust her life (and expensive tastes) accordingly. That’s just the reality of the situation.
Kourtney should get a psychological evalution for depression or low self steem, because with no goals, no job and no desire to achieve something that is usually what happens. I’m proud of kourtney 🙌 not everyone realises there’s much more important things in life than greed and money. Money will always be there. I don't think anyone is necessarily in the wrong - I think it's fair that Kourtney wants to travel and spend time with her kids, but as valid as that is, I'm not really sure she's being considerate towards Khloe or Kim, and doesn't seem very understanding that her actions have had an impact on her sisters. Though, I do get the sense that Khloe and Kim were going about it the wrong way, and bullying Kourtney into doing what they want her to do. Bullying someone to do something they don't want to do almost never actually works, so I can understand why Kourtney would also be hurt too.
kim has 3 kids too and khloe has 1 but both of them are working and doing something else beside the show. Of course family comes first but she gives too much time to her family and almost 0 to work. Kudos to them all, these women are intelligent, people can stop talking badly about them. When they have an issue, they get counseling to try find ways to work on it, they don't just give up on each other. I can see both sides: 1. It is unprofessional to show late at work / not show at all 2. Kourtney wants an adult partner and needs time to develop that relationship. 3. We all have different priorities at different stages in life. She once was the main focus of the show, now, she doesnt want that, and that's ok. 4. There seems to be an alliance between Khloe and Kim to sometimes, get her on her nerves. So she has to feel a bit alone.
So Khloe can move to Cleveland for 6 months out of the year and not be present for filming in CA, but if Kourtney takes trips for a week at a time, she’s taking money for ‘working’ (if that’s what you call getting followed around for your shallow lives) but also takes vacations for herself and her kids - she’s a deadbeat. I truly believe that this was the phase that Kourtney really started to realize that her sisters ignore her feelings and her priorities and she wanted to step back from the show as much as possible. It's tough to want to work when you're going through some difficult times. I don't blame her, I sympathize.

Thanks to THIS show, Kourtney has the privilege of saying “work is not my priority”, if she wants to be that “normal” mother and person she so constantly says she is, then live the normal lifestyle that includes “Working”. In no way does working mean stop caring about your kids. She is a great mother I’m sure, but she just says yes to the job, takes the money, and doesn’t do the job as she should be doing. I don't think anyone is necessarily in the wrong - I think it's fair that Kourtney wants to travel and spend time with her kids, but as valid as that is, I'm not really sure she's being considerate towards Khloe or Kim, and doesn't seem very understanding that her actions have had an impact on her sisters. Kudos to them all, these women are intelligent, people can stop talking badly about them. When they have an issue, they get counseling to try find ways to work on it, they don't just give up on each other. I can see both sides:
1. It is unprofessional to show late at work / not show at all
2. Kourtney wants an adult partner and needs time to develop that relationship.
3. We all have different priorities at different stages in life. She once was the main focus of the show, now, she doesnt want that, and that's ok.
4. There seems to be an alliance between Khloe and Kim to sometimes, get her on her nerves. So she has to feel a bit alone.

I think there should have been a specific lay out to let each member be aware that the more you bring to the table the more you are paid and the less you feature the less you get. Khourt's bank acct is ruining over and she feels she needs a break let her have it. Without the show she is the only one not known for anything. Kendall is a model Kim and Kylie are into cosmetic line Koko is into jeans and body fitness. Sge is not the only mother in the programme. She feels insecure and she is using the children to defend her insecurities. She used to say it was Scott giving her problems before.....

I get what they're both saying, which is sad. Kourtney has made her millions, and there's nothing wrong with retiring early and living in Paris. But I get what Kim is saying, if kourtney is quoted saying 'work is just not my priority and will never be my priority' then absolutely what kim said is true......DONT SIGN UP TO WORK THEN. You should absolutely honor your commitments if you sign up for a season. So I see both their points, but Kourtney DOES need to not sign up for the season if she doesn't want to work. And I do see a problem with Kourtney ignoring them and saying 'they're just not listening.' I deal with this all the time with entitled people. Actually they ARE listening, but they are disagreeing with you and asking you to step up a little more. And that's what someone like Kourtney, someone who's 'never wrong' will never understand. People do listen to you, but when everyone has the same opinion about you, it's time to look in the mirror. Kourtney doesn't realize they keep trying to talk to her, they constantly apologize, but she never apologizes. She's so used to being right all the time, that it's done some damage to her. Never ever.....surround yourself with yes people. And her family loves her, it's just they ARE listening to her but are being punished for disagreeing - so they are at a point of not giving in anymore either since Kourtney never does. I get Kourtneys point, and the sisters are saying they will support her going on trips, but not if she signs up for work and gives nothing.
honestly if it weren't for Kim's and even Khloe's hustling Kourtney would have nothing like the most significant thing she has brought to the show was his drama with Scott and that's it and I'm not saying she needs to create gossip to stay on the line but everyone else has their own bussines and then there's her
Every time Kim opens her mouth, she expects people to listen and understand. But she does not try to understand Kourtney. There is nothing wrong with putting work on hold, she clearly wants to do other things right now. It's good to holiday, focus on your children and form new relationships. It seems as though Kim just wants to make as much money as possible, maybe she is scared people will quickly forget about her if she doesn't do everything she can to stay relevant.

Sisters are not each others cushions. I have 3 sisters. Believe me we are not each other's punch bags if you know how to give out trash then you should also be able to deal with the fact that 1 of your siblings will have enough of you and give it back 10 fold when you least expect it.
Kourtney is the 1st child so, she's always been entitled. She lives off the show as much as any of the girls but doesn't do anything constructive to assist the others.
Maybe she is a good mum but she has enough nannies too, let's not forget that she is not doing it all herself
