I just bought a 2023 300 Touring L V6 with AWD. I did not pick,. Last one dealer had and no more are coming, so it is my first AWD car. I live in Kansas and we do get some snow in the winters. Will see if helps. I had a 2005 300 with just a v6 as well, but it was awful in the snow. After last winter I got some new Cooper tires and 6 bags of sand in the trunk to see if would help this winter, but alas, now i have the new one.
I have a Chrysler 2013 AWD but it’s disconnected lol … I want to connect it back up… fuse box I’m sure… Thank you for the heads up … it’s appreciated really…
@@chrismurdock7703 hey looking to buy a 2011 thats a awd hemi, would you recommend the awd 2011 or a newer year but rwd. mainly trying to figure out if awd makes a decent performance difference
Question, how hard would it be to swap a awd to a rwd , lets say a 2020 charger scatpack engine and tranny and powertrain and put it in a 2015 300s AWD , will it work?
Hell yeah! I would likely recommend a V6. I recently picked up a V8 and now that the fun of the V8 has worn off, I'm just stuck with bad gas mileage. Keep in mind I have a fun muscle car and the 300S is my daily driver.
There are several built-in flaws, I've had my 2007 Chrysler 300 for just over one year. I realized when a wire broke in the path of the trunk-opening electronics, and all they had to do was originally put a key operated opening aspect and I wouldn't have had to pay $800 (and I was lucky!) Also looking at the timing belt is so difficult you might as well replace it. And that's about $1500, I was told at the dealer. I like the car, but they built it kind of dum.

I'm glad you're fired up with the purchase! A 2023 is going to be awesome for YEARS to come!!!
I have the 2012 AWD 5.7L and in sports mode its a beast

Real life is rarely a straight line. It would be great to see a slalom or oval track comparison.

Swapping and to rwd would be decently difficult, it's possible but it wouldn't be worth the cost
Better off hellcat swapping
@@autoclan1881 ended up doing it anyways , everything fit good , only needed a custom rear diff mount
if i have a 2020 300s awd, can i engine swap it to a 6.4?
not an expert but pretty sure you can , seen so many already swapped just might cost if it’s complicated
You could but I don’t know if that would be worth it . Unless you already have the necessary parts
Hey man also live in Clayton at the apartments I’m interested in a 300s awd or the v8 300s any recommendations would be appreciated

@@IgniteLightthanks for your recommendations man
@@IgniteLightI just got a 2018 300s v6 awd and it’s just an amazing car but yes correct about that gas mileage lol
I saw a white 300 at those apartments recently. Hope it is yours!
This was a good video . But odd choice in background music . IMO anyways
😂 I specifically try to use music that isn't distracting! MISSION STATUS: FAILED
Mybe one has 5 speed vs 8 speed.
They have a slightly different rear gear ratio.
