no its wrong, 9 nor gates are required for full adder
Yes we can implement using 9 NOR gate as well
But in this we are using HALF adder FOR FULL ADDER THAT'S WHY Number of NOR gates are more
If asking for minimum no. Then 9
Eight for sum and 1 for carry
