      +Stephanie Valcourt-Dexter Hi Stephanie- I am so glad the video was helpful for you! If your calf cramps come back, you may consider trying coconut water or smart water- the electrolytes can help alleviate the cramps. Hope you have a wonderful and empowering birth!
