your classes are the best in all youtube. they are so mindful and instructive, i feel like on a real ioga class, i appreciate the slow pace and that you give silence its space during the practice instead of filling the class with lots of silly talking or cheap mindfulness blablabla that normally fullfill youtube ioga content. thanks so much!
Gentle flow sequence, still able to do it (modified vinyasa sequence) at 34.5 weeks pregnant. Thank you Paula for relaxing my racing mind through this calming yet ever moving practice. Namaste.
Sweet Paula, I am very grateful for your prenatal videos, for your calm and loving approach! I keep coming back through both my pregnancies and keep suggesting your videos to my pregnant friends! Much love
this practice made me feel so so nourished and grounded. One of the absolute best prenatal practices I have found on RUclips! Thank you so much! I can’t wait to do it again and explore your other prenatal videos if you have more!
Thank you, this is wonderful. You have such a calm and soothing presence and voice. The sequences are really thoughtful and just what a pregnant lady needs!
I'm super grateful for your videos, Paula! I'm now 38 weeks, and have been practicing with them since late in the 1st trimester (when I realised I couldn't carry on with my normal routine...). I've found them truly calming, strengthening and energising. I've already been recommending your videos, and will continue to! x
I’m loving your prenatal yoga videos! It’s so nice to be able to choose the one that suits me each day and squeeze in a quick daily practice while my toddler naps. Thank you!!
Thank you so much for these videos. I'm late in my second trimester and so glad to have discovered your channel. When I see you moving through the postures I trust your knowledge in yoga and your expertise in teaching. I like this way of moving through the asanas effortlessly, in keeping with my own body, so that I always feel strong and stable. This practice feels like great preparation for birthing, both physically and mentally. namaste
I'm in my early part of my third trimester and I loved it. Its not so intense I'm lightheaded midway through it. Enjoyed it very much. I will be turning to this video more often :)
Is there a more easier way to do upavistha konasana ? or a more modified version, I cant sit and bend that way . Just anything to make it slightly easier,
Apologies for the slow reply. You could sit on a couple of cushions or a block and feel free to stay as upright as you need. You could also do with your back against the wall for support. If you feel strain underneath the knees when sitting on cushions or block, place something like a blanket/cushion under the knees as well to support. I hope this helps - it is a challenging pose. x p
Sometimes it's an effort to get started or set my mind to it, but the beautiful energy that comes from doing your videos is always worth it. Thank you Paula. xo

Ouch.. vertigo with all the up and down!
If I may ask, how far a long were you in your pregnancy when you did this sequence?
Hi there, I was in the late part of the 2nd trimester. Thanks, p

Not energetic, very static.
Sorry to hear the practice didn't suit you - there are lots of amazing classes on offer on youtube so hopefully you can find something that does :)
Sometimes it's an effort to get started or set my mind to it, but the beautiful energy that comes from doing your videos is always worth it. Thank you Paula. xo
So true, just getting started is often the biggest hurdle. Thanks for taking the time to practice & for the lovely feedback 🙏
