    your classes are the best in all youtube. they are so mindful and instructive, i feel like on a real ioga class, i appreciate the slow pace and that you give silence its space during the practice instead of filling the class with lots of silly talking or cheap mindfulness blablabla that normally fullfill youtube ioga content. thanks so much!

    Gentle flow sequence, still able to do it (modified vinyasa sequence) at 34.5 weeks pregnant. Thank you Paula for relaxing my racing mind through this calming yet ever moving practice. Namaste.

    I'm super grateful for your videos, Paula! I'm now 38 weeks, and have been practicing with them since late in the 1st trimester (when I realised I couldn't carry on with my normal routine...).
    I've found them truly calming, strengthening and energising. I've already been recommending your videos, and will continue to! x

    Thank you so much for these videos. I'm late in my second trimester and so glad to have discovered your channel. When I see you moving through the postures I trust your knowledge in yoga and your expertise in teaching. I like this way of moving through the asanas effortlessly, in keeping with my own body, so that I always feel strong and stable. This practice feels like great preparation for birthing, both physically and mentally. namaste

    Is there a more easier way to do upavistha konasana ? or a more modified version, I cant sit and bend that way . Just anything to make it slightly easier,

    • @yoginimelbourne
      @yoginimelbourne  6 лет назад +1

      Apologies for the slow reply. You could sit on a couple of cushions or a block and feel free to stay as upright as you need. You could also do with your back against the wall for support. If you feel strain underneath the knees when sitting on cushions or block, place something like a blanket/cushion under the knees as well to support. I hope this helps - it is a challenging pose. x p
